I had to redeem my Agoda Reward Points before expire so that I picked the Beach Front room for which I could spend all of the points. I got the room no. A3, which offered the best pool & sea view. In my opinion, the resort had only 2 rooms that deserved the category “ Beach Front” – Room no.A3 & A4. Only these 2 rooms located behind the swimming pool and allowed the guest to see the beach. A3 was a bit better than A4 due to less of the trees. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. However, hot shower was not hot enough to fill-up the bath tub – The water must be cold before the bath tub is full. I didn’t had any breakfast because I went to Pratub Cape for dolphin watch early in the morning and came back around 10:30 am (Breakfast is served from 7 to 9 am). The pool is a bit too small compare with the number of rooms. In summary, if you don’t want to redeem your points, please go for the Standard or Deluxe room which is cheaper than the Beach Front type. The room size were not too much different.

das hotel war vielleicht mal ganz gut, die zimemr sind auch ok. allerdings ist die gesamte anlage bis auf den poolbereich absolut ungepflegt. kaputte plastikstühle, total viel müll in den ecken und eine insgesamt multimorbide athmosphäre. die größte frechheit ist jedoch das restaurant. die preise sind absolute farangabzoge. mehr als das doppelte der normalen preise für thaifood. selbst auf samui oder phangan im 5 sterne resort ist es günstiger und das bei schäbiger athmosphäre. das glas war schon auf den ersten blick so dreckig, dass ich lieber aus der dose getrunken habe. im zimemr geht die abzocke weiter. es stehen ein wasserkocher, ein paar instantsuppen und einige wenige getränke im kühlschrank. sogar ein nicht mehr frisch aussehender teller geschnittene ananas gab es dort. weit und breit keine preisliste. aber natürlich ist nix inklusive. im gegenteil, es wird sofort nach dem auschecken noch vorm bezahlen kontrolliert was man hatte und zu gepfefferten preisen auf die rechnung gesetzt. die umgebung ist auch nicht zu empfehlen. der strand ist nicht schön, überall schwarze öl und teerflecken. zudem findet man kaum etwas weit und breit, so dass man dem schrecklichen hotelrestaurant ausgeliefert ist. der nächste strand/ort ist etwa 20 minuten zu fuß, da ist aber auch nicht wesentlich mehr los. nicht mal nen kleinen supermarkt oder ähnliches haben wir gefunden. ich würde niemandem das hotel und auch nicht wirklich die gegend empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am langen Strand (ca. 10km) von Khanom. Die Anlage und der Pool sind gut gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich jedoch keine guten englisch Kenntnisse, da praktisch nur Thai-Gäste dort logieren. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, bei mehreren Übernachtungen sollte unbedingt über den Preis verhandelt werden. Auch Motorbike usw. können von dort aus gemietet werden. Das Restaurant bietet gute aber nicht sehr grosse Auswahl (in englische), auch hier sind Thaikenntnisse von Vorteil. Weiter am Strand sind ander Essmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Für ruhige und fernab vom Pauschalturismus gewünschte Ferien, genial! (PS: keine Kreditkartenzahlung vor Ort möglich, nur Cash!)

พนักงานให้บริการดี ตอนแรกก็กังวลกับรีวิวก่อนหน้านี้เรื่องอัธยาศัยพนักงาน ช่วงที่ไป พนักงานตอนรับดี พูดคุยด้วยเป็นกันเอง แม่ครัวมาแนะนำอาหารเชิญชวนให้ชิมอาหารใต้ คาดว่าน่าจะมีการปรับปรุงในเรื่องนี้แล้วครับ อยากฝากบอกแม่ครัวว่า ขนมจีนน้ำยาที่ทำอร่อยมากครับ

จองผ่านagoda พนักงานจัดห้องให้โซนริมถนน(ไกลจากทะเลไม่เห็นวิวยังพอทน)ที่แย่สุดห้องไม่มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่น โทรไปสอบถามพนักงานว่าไม่มีเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นหรอค่ะ?? พนักงานคนรับโทรศัพท์ยื่นให้อีกคนพูด แต่มีเสียงดังเข้าโทรศัพท์มาว่า...จะไปรู้หรอ!! คือไม่ประทับใจมากกับการพักผ่อนครั้งนี้ และจะไม่ไปพักที่นั่นอีก

ห้องพักเล็กมาก สภาพภายในห้องพักไม่สะอาด ของชำรุดเสียหายหลายรายการ น้ำที่ใช้อาบไม่สะอาดมีกลิ่นทำให้คัน พนักงานเหมือนไม่เต็มใจให้บริการ อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลาย ดีอย่างเดียวคือติดทะเล แต่เด็กเล็กก็เล่นไม่ได้เพราะมีเปลือกหอยเยอะมาก สรุปว่าพักครั้งเดียวพอค่ะ
