It was nice. I had a lil problem while check in. And this is because I made booking on agoda.com and they(hotel reservation) didn't received any mail from agoda.com till I check in regarding my bookings as per hotel management said. There after they denied to give me super delux room as per my bookings saying that they hv no rooms available for this category. Then after long talking they upgrade me to club room for my convinions. They also told me that they don't have any bath tub in super delux rooms.but on resort website and in agoda.com they are showing that they have bathtub in above said room category. So I suggest that if u don't have such facilities then u should not keep such data on website. Bcz customer keep remembering all the things which u r promising on website while booking. Else this things I personally feel relax at this resort.and had lots of fun with my family.and I enjoyed a weekend and stressed out.i recommend this resort as value for money. One again request to hotel management to update their website and give proper details to agoda.com also as like me many people can face problem while check in.

Review for the Hotel”

Hotel Khavel is nice and situated in a decent location having easy access to Butterfly Park and other sightseeing location around Khanvel. However, the resort does not have a-la-carte and travellers are forced to take a entire meal package. The package comes at a very high cost and the quality of the food is also not a value for money. People visit these places for sightseeing and hence should not be enforced to take entire meal package. Most of the times they are at different places. Cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved.

Nice Property and Location ,,, Needs renovation !!”

I stayed there with my family for 1 night. Check in was smooth and the front desk was friendly ! The room allotted to us in resort building was big enough to accommodate 4 of us. The resort is Huge but not properly maintained.It looked it was great when it was build, but now badly needs renovation. One of the staff informed us that the rooms have been renovated recently,but the exterior of the Hotel is still dirty. Food served was good for those who are vegetarian.Pool area was nice and they have nice entertainment with DJ Music and live Band.

Khanvel Resort Review”

This resort is situated in nice location with lot of greeneries inside and outside both, that makes area more colder than others. Prima facie I had a great feeling as soon as I entered the resort since its big with lot of visible amenities but dur8ng check in reception lady told me about food packages which was exorbitantly price- per day food packge was costlier than per day room price- which was bit frustrating since no ala karte choice given due to this I had to manage my food outside for all my 3 days of stay. The other facilities like Carrom/TT board kept in open area nearer to plant/ water due to which it was not in good playing condition. The only part I liked about the Orchetra pdrformed by RT music- Rajesh Tiwari which was wonderfull and also DJ disk was good with nice music but it could have been arranged in bigger area to accomodate more people considring the resort capacity. Overall I would suggest to keep food price transparency while allowing booking for the same.

Over all good, but i surprised when waiter say me NO for Red Bull after 8 Cane, he said we dont have any more Redbull and even not able to arrange, that make me little angry, else over all good experience.

The rooms were very large and there was a lot of able to improve them. The interiors need to be redone. Also the pool area is too small. There isn't much to do there except laze around.

It was a chaotic resort, good for guests in large group. Swimming pool was pathetically dirty and unmaintained. Staff were busy in preparation for next day marriage celebration. food was ordinary, not bad. Only thing the staff has liberty of having lunch from the same buffet before the room guests have finished their part. Campus has good gardens, parking is available but limited space.
