"The Resort was very clean, staff were extremely friendly and it was very quiet and I can say is the best place for couples. We went in end-May, the weather wasn't cool and many mosquitoes and insects, but it was a good experience for my daughter, for her to know getting away from City :P The resort was just too nice to be true, that we took many pictures :D But transport can be the biggest problem in Khao Yai, no doubt this resort has the best location there, we were very lucky that we engaged our own private transport throughout our stay there - places of interest at Khao Yai ~ Palio, Scenical World, PB Valley and Khao Yai National Park. Overall, we had enjoyed our stay at Thames Valley Khao Yai :D "

"The Series Resort surprised me and my wife in many many ways. First, they remembered my casual remark via email that it was our anniversary vacation and they surprised us on the first night with a cake and hand-drawn anniversary card. And this was excellent for me, who did not plan any romantic activity in the first place. First impression for my wife (who is a perfectionist), is that the King-size (or is it super king?) bed is extremely comfortable. Snacks and drinks at the bar replenished daily and all complimentary. Surroundings quiet and peaceful and serene. When we first arrived, I saw a gecko and less than 2 dead bugs lying in the bath room, but we thought it's perfectly fine for a resort that is in the middle of wilderness. In fact, it's already very clean considering that we are surrounded by the tropical rainforest. This resort is about 15min drive away from the famous International and Thai eateries along the main touristy road that starts with the entrance to Khao Yai National Park and ends with the two famous Midwinter Green and Rib Mann Restaurants. As we rented a car from Bangkok, we did not enquire if there's resort transfer. I doubt so. Anyway, if you are travelling within Khao Yai, I suggest getting a car or motorbike on your own, unless you intend to cycle or run (omg) from place to place. But the greatness of this resort is that it is far enough to attain serenity and near enough to eateries and attractions. Overall, a lovely experience, from great serene location to lovely staff, to good breakfast and high tea. We will return."

"I’d recommend U Khao Yai to anyone thinking of staying in Khao Yai. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and beautiful; the shower even had seating! So lovely to return to after a long day out. Travelling as a family we appreciated the connecting rooms. The landscape and architecture was so lovely that we went out to the balcony even though it was cold out. Cute hammock swings were all around the hotel. Friendly cats sometimes roamed the front garden. The breakfast is the best out of the 3 hotels we stayed at on this trip; croissants actually tasted like how they should. Room service was speedy. The front desk staff were great. In particular, Ms Nok was very helpful in advising us on visiting the national park and in finding us a driver for that. My only regret is not having enough time to explore the hotel grounds! 100% U Khao Yai would be my first choice if I were to revisit Khao Yai. "

"The check in process was fast and easy. The reception explained in details and walked us through the room. The 2 bedroom suite was large, clean, well decorated, with nice view. The patio is large enough to have a dinner party. Breakfast is good with large selection and cook to order rice soup and egg bar. The pool is nice but not heated. We were able to dip in for a few minutes since the water was freezingly cold. The kirimaya property that Atta sits on is near khao Yai national park and restaurants (about a 5 minute drive). Overall a pleasant 3 days 2 nights stay. We love the tub so much my son want to take a bath 3 times a day. "

"Enjoyed a night here. It’s very convenient to the national park entrance. Has a cute garden and small pool. Bikes for rent for a nominal fee - and they were nice! (New mountain bikes) It doesn’t have a “forest wilderness” feel to it - Which is kind of a shame as the area has many bungalow in the woods style resorts as well. We spent two nights in a more secluded bungalow style resort and the last night at this one to be close to the park entrance, so we got both kinds of accommodations while enjoying a long weekend near the park."

"Glamping made modern. Everything feels like a hotel, except you're staying in a tent with a modern shared bathroom and walking around the campsite with a lamp at night. Upon checking in, you're given a camp light and amenity bag that contains a tent key and mosquitoes repellent lotion. The facilities inside the tent were excellent, an air-conditioned tent with a queen-sized bed, a tv and large sofa to chill. The resort was very considerate to include straw hats (sunny weather in the day), cloth bags (to contain towels, toiletries before going to the common bathroom) and water near the entrance to wash your feet before going into the tent. We're greeted with the cool morning breeze and a beautiful scene of the Khao Yai National Park when we wake up. The endless pool is a good place to spend the afternoon lazing around the campsite or just chill in one of the hammocks lying around. "

"My second time here and again didn't disappoint. This is a new development approx 10min drive to the khao yai national park gate. Set in serene surroundings , it is a perfect place to escape. They have a very nice pool, bar/restaraunt and breakfast was always good. Some say the rooms are very small. The standard rooms are defibately smaller then you would expect but are very modern and. Luxurious. If you are spending a lot of time in your room, khao Yai probably isn't the place for you. The corner rooms are slightly more expensive but well worth it for the extra space. All in all, no complaints - a very nice hotel in a beautiful location"

"The resort is located in a great place. Just by the road side to fetch for the mini van to get to Pak Chong or to the National Park. However, if you don't have your own transport, it's will quite difficult for you to go out (for food, groceries or sightseeing). The resort doesn't provide transport to get you to places. The place is clean but the individual unit is quite old. The one that I stayed in has no hot shower, shower door that couldn't close. Staff are friendly but there are only one or two who can converse (or at least understand) English. Even those manning the reception counter are not conversant in English."
