Some problems up with booking, although not sure if the resort or Agoda were at fault. Turned up at the resort 4pm to find a Thai style buffet and people singing Karaoke loudly outside. I told resort we are bike racing tomorrow so need sleep. By 8pm the music was turned off :) We needed breakfast early and they duly obliged. In the end it was a peaceful stay. The room value was questionable, but everywhere in this area is expensive anyway.

Really friendly welcome”

I arrived in darkness and left in darkness but the staff were super friendly and helpful - even having a key with my name on it. All very clean and cheerful. Would like to go back and stay for longer.

Didn't realize the hotel is so far away from the main road and everywhere, extremely inconvenient for traveller without car, but it should be fine if you are driving to there. We rented the car from hotel everyday, and it's not cheap. The room is decent, old but clean. Not many people stayed there,so it's quite at night, which is good.

Really nice setting but a bit off the beaten track with the road leading in full of potholes. (Not that the hotel itself can do much about it) Friendly attentive staff. Thumbs up.

Khaoyai Wanalee hotel”

Virtually impossible to find, especially in the dark. In the end, they sent out a car to escort us in ! Rooms were old fashioned, basins with cold water only, though electric heater in the shower, old fashioned noisy air conditioning ! Breakfast cold and served on a plate. Setting is the best thing, and pool looked adequate. Not worth the price compared with others in the area.

out of the hectic bangkok. a place to just relax. take a step back to nature... nothing to do and u need a vehicle to get anywhere.

Poorly Maintained”

The resort is hard to find and the drive up to the lobby clearly shows that maintenance is not a priority. You can tell this used to be a very beautiful place but now it's just rundown and sort of scary looking. The picture of the cottage we reserved was not anything like we received. Inside the room was very stark and everything looked and felt as if it was the cheapest they could find. The staff were indifferent to their customers. When we arrived the receptionist looked annoyed that we took her away from watching TV with her family. Breakfast was dismal. The eggs were like rubber and any food that was supposed to be warm was cold. I was very happy to leave this place behind.

ห้องพักต้องปรับปรุงให้ใหม่และทันสมัย พื้นที่จัดกิจกรรมดี แต่ตอนแรกสอบถามไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายแต่พอเข้าใช้มีค่าใช้จ่ายเรื่องเตา ควรแจ้งก่อนด้วยว่ามีค่าใช้เตา

อาหารเช้าที่คิดรวมกับค่าห้อง แย่มาก ”

1. ที่พักหายาก ไม่มีป้ายติดให้เห็นชัดเจน อยู่ลึกมากๆๆ 2. ราคาที่พักแพงเกินไม่เหมาะสมกับขนาดของห้อง 3. อาหารเช้าจัดแบบง่ายๆ เกินไปไม่สมกับราคา น้ำเต้าหู้ ปลาท่องโก้ นมข้น สลัดผัก ข้าวต้มหมูที่ไม่ค่อยจะมีหมู นำ้ส้ม ผัดไทย ไม่สมควรจะคิดราคาค่าอาหารเช้าหรือแจ้งกับลูกค้าเลยว่าไม่มีอาหารเช้า 4. ไม่สมควรคิดค่าห้องลูกค้าก่อน เพราะถ้าลูกค้าไปแล้วพบว่าอยู่ไกลขนาดนี้คงยกเลิกการจองอย่างแน่นอน
