Pretty good value. I've stayed in a similar hotels on river Kwai and this one offered really good value. I didn't like sharing a balcony with my neighbours and the breakfast was fairly limited but I'm not a very needy person ad for this money I found it really good.

Place to Unwind and Relax by the river.”
Pros : This is the place if you would like to experience staying in a hut on a river. The place is big and has alot of huts attached together. You can hear the river running beneath you but dont worry the huts are anchored deeply to the shore. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff are all friendly and the dinner we had at the restaurant was good too. We stayed in the raft rooms and the next morning you can hear them cleaning the balcony.

Interesting experience”
One of the highlights for a trip to Kanchanaburi but do note that this was one of the more affordable resorts located on the river and you get what you pay for. Room was located along the river but the rooms were not very clean. There were tiny bugs on the top bedsheet and towels were stained too, best to bring your own towel. Large sliding window and main door could be locked but slightly flimsy. There was hot water for shower and air-conditioning in the room. Breakfast was simple fare, fried rice/noodles, eggs etc. Location is very far off from the main road so would only recommend this place if you have your own transport. Overall was an interesting experience to see sunrise on the river and accommodation was decent for the price but do not expect too much

Not worth for your money ”
If you compare to the other, price here was equally or quite high. You might expect to get everything good but not on your thought. I went there early to get a quiet room but there was no way to change. The owner refused to do it. If you plan to enjoy wet rafting, you need to pay extra. There’s no canoe or kayak available either. Room was very old, especially futon mattress so old and thin that you can feel springs poking your back. They stingy to turn on the lights to the raft , you might hit something while walking and get hurt. Breakfast was so simple without heating up. I would not recommend here in any. Look for more professional other places that slightly higher is worth your money and enjoy your time.

Need alot of improvements. .... very big resort. Needs upgrading. Booked river view room. A big disappointment. No WiFi. TV no reception. Room changed. Ended up in pool view room. Breakfast is a 👎👎 . No milk for tea. Very simple breakfast. Eggs and hotdog sausage. No choice..... almost 4 km from main road in the jungle. Definitely need car. Overpriced for the location and quality

Except Superior River Raft (have wifi very room). 3.You can't turn on TV. Did you contact the staff? IF you contact us, we be glad to help you. 4.We didn't have milk but we have coffee creamer Powder. (Almost our customer perfer it) 5.If the customer over 30 persons. We will serve buffet Breakfast. But date of your stay we have only your room. So, We have to serve breakfast individual serve for you. 6.We far from the main road 4 km. because we near the kwae noi river. Great Khwae Noi location in Soi Yok. River raft accommodation good value. Great for all types of travellers local and international. Couples to groups. Many attractions and things to do. Love those elephants but still believe they belong in a Dubbo Zoo (Aust) type reserve/area.

Good location, very good support from Staff”
Pros: Good location, family room is big enough for 4 peoples, quiet, delicious food both breakfast and dinner. Good activity for rafting, you swim and float to the river and let the water current take you many good view points along the river for 45 minute(200thb/person). Staff provided good service/support. I forgot my camera and can get it back after call to the staff, they went to check and found it and call back quickly. Cons: Family room(mountain view) is far aways from the river side and view is not good as expected, view point is parking lot. Family room that I stayed is too old(old design), water leaked and floor not clean, more than one spider in the room and many cobweb on the curtain. If you do not get the rafting room, no area for you to sit close to the river to see the river view. When you walk down to the rafting area, there is only the room with front side river view for each individual rafting room, yes you cannot go in and sit there.

Nice and quiet riverside resort, perfect "off - the - grid" - experience”
Booked for one night but extended for one more in early december, almost no people there at the time. Rooms were clean and tidy, food was great. Breakfast included in the room price. Have to mention that it's not recommended to swim in the river due to strong currents. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing i have to decry is that there's no sliding mosquito net at the balcony door; would prefer to fall asleep to the sounds of river & forest instead of having the doors shut and listening to the a/c. Would give 5* if they install it.

Music in the Forest”
I'm very disappointed. I came here for peace and quiet and to enjoy the sounds of nature and I got loud music and karaoke until 11pm and again the next morning at 6:45am. I couldn't sleep well and I spent the next day trying to recover instead of doing activities. I would not come back if they paid me for it. The free breakfast is unacceptable. You will eat it only because there is nothing else to eat and regular food is double priced the rest of the day. The view around the resort is breathtaking however. I enjoyed the pure, forest air.

Be clear on your expectations beforehand ”
I will try to go over the good and bad. We were a couple and stayed 2 nights on the raft. Thought it would be a nice experience rather than the hut. Pros Nice scenery Interesting experience being on water Secluded Swimming pool Cons They didn't clean our room after first night or give more water Breakfast was basic WiFi only in office, not restraunt or rooms They told us there would be a group rafting trip, we arranged our day to be able to do it. Then we got there in time and were told it was cancelled Swimming pool needs better water filter The experience / things to know beforehand Bring ear plugs and eyeshade. Constantly hear the river, insects, geckos etc. They keep lights on outside the room, so it's not very dark in the room. Its secluded, so there isn't much near (nice for relaxing, bad for food) There is quite a slope to get to rafts, so you will be walking in the heat on a steep slope. It was good except for the cancelled raft trip and not cleaning the room
