A jewel of relaxing tropical green”
The location is great if you look to relax and enjoy nature. The food was very healthy. I enjoyed the decoration (wood furniture...)
I had a very good time at Khemapira and my hosts have been great! I was the only host at the time (too bad for such a nice place!) and I was very well cared for. The place is a jewel of tropical green, it smells nature, forests and flowers. You drink the coffee from their own garden. I would advise to come with a scooter or a car, or to check if you could rent one at least once in a while when you are there to move around. You can visit a geyser, water fall, enjoy another café terrace along the road, but don't miss on enjoying Khemapira Café terrace, too! Very nice! If you are particularly sensitive to noise, keep in mind that the main road is at the bottom of the place (I am sensitive to noise and had ear plugs, helpful at least in the morning, but I could sleep a lot (even in day time) and it went ok). Conclusion: stop by and enjoy!

Special mountain stay with amazing staff ”
Staff, coffee, view
We booked one night stay there during our one week stay in Chiang mai, the location is very far from Chiang Mai city but we didn't regret making our way there and had a nice and relaxing time there, and we are particularly impressed by the owner's hospitality. The owner not only helped us arrange transportation to the nearby hot spring and also helped us book the bus tickets back to chiang mai, he even gave us a nice surprise. In the evening after we are back from hot spring, he waited for us and prepared a paper lantern for my husband's 30th birthday! We wrote down the wishes and sent it to the sky. It was so quiet and peaceful and we absolutely loved and enjoyed it! The owner also gave us little romantic candle with flowers to make the evening even more memorable.

Fantastic and relaxing stay”
Environment, Food, Quiet
The owner is fantastic, He is very nice and accomodating. The location is a bit remote from Chiang Mai so needs a bit of planning for the next day but is well worth it. The owner's wife cooks amazing Thai food, the estate is beautiful and very relaxing. The owner also makes great coffee and cake.

So Relaxing ”
Service, quietness, pretty environment
It is quite remote, so better rent a car to be able to visit attractions. However, if you don't have a car, the owner arranges for you the transportation. We stayed two nights. Setting was perfect for a quiet and pretty retreat, with only nature around you. Rooms are clean and cute. Each one is isolated from the other. Great service and great value for money.

Quietness from Mountain area”
Quite, natural and nice staff
This resort is located in the northern mountain area, near a national park, where can take hot spring bath. It was a wonderful experiment. Not far from Mae Tang Elepant Park. Staffs are so nice, feel like in home. QUite and relaxing place.

Sweet home in the wood”
helpful staff, nice resort, near many travel places
The resort was easy to find by Google map. The staffs (also owners) were very helpful. The house and the entire resort were well decorated. We were there in the winter. For us, it's extremely cold. So no need to ask for any air conditioner but more blankets. The resort is near many good travel places. It's good to have a car or a motorbike to explore around.

memorable stays ”
nicest and happiest staff, most delicious food and coffee, wonderful surroundings and night stars
During our two days stay in Khemapira, we could feel the kindness and goodwill every moment. The owner Duang was very helpful on every aspects and his happiness brought us good mood too. Duang's wife prepared wonderful meals and coffee for us. I already begin to miss the coffee now. The hotel is built in a valley, where people can climbed the back mountain or enjoy the silent little gardens there. I remembered that the night we were enjoying the fantastic starry sky, Duang told us that Khemapira means peaceful place, which i think perfectly fit this place.
