I would definitely recommend this resort to all my friends! Not only the staff are friendly, their service is superb! We stayed at the pool suite and it is beautiful!!! Direct access to the beach too, without having to go around to get to the beach. I have to mention their housekeeping as well; everything they came to clean our room, they would lit up the scented candles for us so that when we came back the room smell so good! Eventhough the hotel is located in Khok Kloi, Phang Nga and nothing is really close to the resort, there are lots of activities to do within the resort. I would suggest to stay around Patong or Karon for couple days and then stay in Aleenta just for relaxing! Also, their infinity pool is so nice. Specially at night time, it's like stars inside the pool. This is a over the top 5 star, I highly recommend anyone to stay there. We would definitely visit again!

I've been to 18 countries and 100+ hotels/resorts, and I have to say this is probably the best one. It's pretty far from the center of Phuket (1 hour's drive to Patong) but perfect for a relaxing vacation. We stayed in the two-bedroom luxury pool villa and it was absolutely gorgeous. Very clean and private. And the beach. OMG. The beach was even better than the Miami South Beach. The waves are a bit strong so you have to go somewhere else for snorkeling, but my family had a lot of fun just lying on the beach and playing in the water (we had the whole beach to ourselves which was amazing.) The service was excellent. Every staff I met was so nice and helpful and made me feel like such a VIP. The food, however, was very much fine dining and overpriced to me. (I highly recommend the Co-Sea restaurant just 20 mins of walk from the hotel-we ate there three nights out of the four) The spa was just alright, not worth the price. Overall such a well-maintained resort! You won't regret it.

Just 30 min north of Phuket airport, the newly opened Akyra (march 2017) is tucked away on the fantastic Natai beach with true Thai characters - longtail boats and fishermen instead of jet skies and beach vendors. You can walk for kilometers and only see a few people. Akyra is a really great boutique resort with about 50 rooms. We stayed in two different rooms but preferred the Deluxe suite on the 2nd (and 3rd) floor, especially as we had a large corner balcony. These 2nd/3rd floor rooms gives a lot more privacy. Rooms are large and very nicely decorated with lots of elegant details. The whole resort is very nicely designed with lots of greenery. We mainly used the restaurant by the sea (where you also have breakfast) while there is also a sports bar with that type of food in the main building. The beach bar has a nice lunch menu and plays lounge music. Some previous comments complained about too loud music and a DJ playing, but we did not at all feel the music was disturbing. Only time a DJ was playing was at an appropriate time i.e. during the evening White Party with complimentary drinks and lots of fun! They have many more complinentary activities on a schedule throughout the week like yoga sessions, bike tours in rubber plantation, a free scoop of ice cream between 2-3 PM from the ice cream bar, daytour to the nice Central Festival mall (if you crave for shopping) and so on. Some of these activities are run jointly with their sister resort, Aleenta, about a km away on the same beach. Very nice surprise as they did not mention these free activities when booking. My only concern is that they at times take in tour groups for breakfast (a lot of Chinese as we were there during Chinese holidays). Sure, these groups push off at 10-11 AM but until then you need some luck to get a sunbed on the beach. If you want some variation from the resort restaurants, there is a very nice family run Thai restaurant (and convenience store) called Co-Sea just opposite the Akyra

After spending a week at this hotel I had decided to extend my vacation and book it again. Thus, I booked it for another 8 nights. Though I booked the deluxe room, I was given the option of staying in the room I had in my previous booking which was the garden terrace. Upon seeing the deluxe room (on the second floor with a nice balcony overlooking the pool), I decided to stay in the bigger garden terrace room. During this stay, the facilities just kept improving. I had noticed the management visiting the hotel, and the further cleaning and improvement on the beach. I was able to see the security staff on the beach at all times. The grounds service would quickly assist me with the beach chairs, as soon as I would step on the beach they came around to swipe the sand off the chairs and clean the little table under the wooden umbrella. All smiles, all the time. We booked a hotel taxi. We booked him twice. First to take us quite far to the Big C in Phang Nga, and the other time to take us to James Bond island. He was okay. He speaks good English, but wasn't too chatty. We also took the hotel shuttle a few times back to the fresh fruit market by the Tesco. On our last day, the management allowed us to do a late check-out without any fees. We checked out at 7pm and we kept the room until then. It was nice going for a swim, and showering and doing a late packing. We took a hotel shuttle to the airport. the driver he works at the hotel and was super nice. I wish we had booked him for our James Bond adventures . I guess next time, we come back. This hotel was my relaxing and safe heaven for over 2 weeks I stayed there. Though I'm quite of a picky hotel stayer, I am very happy with my stay here and would love to come back one day. Keep up the good work.

We quite enjoy our honey moon trip in your hotel. And only thing can be better is we asking for extend one more day in your hotel and your front desk staffs Joo and Ice both showed very helpful to ask the reservation department for a better prices. However, when your reservation staff replied me the discount price let me little odd, because I found Agoda website that I only need to pay HKd $590 +tax. We also showed your staff the website, however, your staff replied us we still need to pay Bhat $3500. Ended up we booked through Agoda website. I'm not sure if this make any difference if I booked through Third party website or in your hotel. But this is some thought from a customers point of view, if we asking for one more day to extend our stay in your hotel, it would be nice and keep your goodwill if you can give discount or at lest the same price of what the third party website. Because we are not browsing around but if Agoda can offer us this prices, I wonder why your hotel can do this offer to us at least we showed the loyalty. Instead of I have to book through third agent and process all the extra procedure.
