Great staff and location ”
The location was great, with a convenience store and pharmacy next door. Old Ancient Town and the Japanese Bridge are also a short walk away. The staff were exceptional and provided the best service. My partner got sick on our second day there and the receptionist was kind enough to take me to the pharmacy so she could help translate what we needed. She would ask every morning how he was, and helped reschedule the activities we had planned. The other receptionist was also lovely and recommended great activities and tours to do during our stay (we did a cooking class and the Ba Na Hills tour). The hotel offered a massage in our room for 250,000 VND per person, which is cheaper than the massage parlours outside (these ranged from 350,000-380,000 VND). They can also schedule a car to take you to the airport. For us, this worked out to be cheaper than taking a Grab or Taxi as we had an early morning flight and had to leave at 4:45am.

This was a lovely hotel, well located, with large, modern, super clean rooms. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was modern and well designed. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend!

Good location”
Nice little property 900 m from the ancient town Hoi An which makes it very convenient if you want to walk the distance (about 9 min). Very clean, modern rooms and extremely helpful staff. Little swimming pool in from of the property. Keep in mind the following: only few rooms are front facing (to the street). The side facing rooms are quite tricky because at least the right side (as u face the entrance) faces to a wall less than 50cm apart so u have absolutely no view and very little light. Also have in mind that breakfast is very basic (inadequate in my opinion) as you have only one option of food (yoghurt with fruit or noodles etc) and one option of drinks (orange juice OR coffee etc) which is a minus. U have to preorder the previous day. In my case (1 person) they kindly offered me 2 plates choice because the booking was for 2 person room. Ground floor plus 2 floors, no elevator. My opinion: nice option for one night to visit ancient town but not more, mainly because of the poor breakfast.

It exceeds my expectation when I booked this villa. Great location, only 6 minutes walking to the old town. Room is nice, a bit small but their facilities are new, big and comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast, which has many options, can be compared with 4 star hotel.

Had a super late check-in because my flight to Hue was delayed. Nevertheless, the staff there was very kind to accommodate the late check-in as well as left me a note of apology (when i should be apologizing) of now being able to receive me, the note also contained the wifi password and breakfast time. The staff were all very nice, friendly and caring. They even recommended some places we could visit. The room was spacious, nice and clean, even though my stay was a short one. I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back. Bicycles were free to borrow, so cycling to the main Hoi An area was really convenient and easy. Thank you Khong Cam Villa, for all the help and care during my stay. Appreciate it!

Great front staff! Rooms very spacious”
We stayed in one of the king balcony rooms, it was great! Great value for money and one of the nicer places we have stayed while in Vietnam. Our room was serviced every day very well by some lovey ladies who are good for a laugh. The front desk was very helpful organising tours (at the same price as going directly through the tour company mind you!) and nothing was too much trouble. On our last we had an early flight leaving the hotel at 6am and they even packed us a breakfast to go without being asked. Thanks Khong Cam we will be back!

Our stay at Khong Cam was great. The breakfast was a delicious buffet with many options . The room was spacious and clean. The pool was smaller than expected but still nice. I would recommend this hotel .

We wanted to rent a scooter from motorvina and the lady on the first day said it's the best way to get to hue and she will arrange everything for us. On our departure we were surprised to get the scooters from a different company than we initially wanted. Also the scooters we rented from them for driving around Hoi An were in bad condition. One of them broke down on the way and we had to wait 2 hours for a mechanic to fix it. We didn't have to pay for the scooter rental, but had to pay for the repair, which was kind of a letdown, because basically we couldn't do the sightseeing we wanted to and had to pay anyway. The lady on the reception was very friendly and helpful over the phone to ensure we weren't getting ripped off by the mechanic for the repair.

Lovely hotel”
Stayed three nights. Outstanding value. Small hotel, so small lobby where breakfast is served is small. Good breakfast-eggs to order, variety of fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juices, breads, several Asian items, bacon, etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and very nice. Beds are hard, but that seems to be the norm for this part of the world. Be aware that only one room has a shower. The rest have a large bathtub with a shower head on a hose. A person with flexibility issues would have difficulty getting into and out of the tub because the sides are quite high. No elevator, but staff will take luggage to your room. It’s a 15 minute walk to the old town. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive.

Excellent Place to Stay in Hoi An”
This place is highly recommended. It's only a short walking distance away from the Old Town. The room is cozy, spacious, and comfortable. They also have a Smart TV so you can watch YouTube, which makes the stay even more relaxing. The only complain I have is that the edge of the bed is a hazard. Although the bed is comfortable to sleep at, but I think there's a flaw with the design because of the pointy edge, which keeps on hitting my legs as I pass through it. Overall, everything is great about this hotel

Had a wonderful stay. The staff are go above and beyond to ensure that you’re well taken care of. They were so kind! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast delicious. May not be a 5 star hotel, but they provide you with service just as good or better. 10/10 would stay here again.

Everything is really good. Just one thing is - I had a Cu lao cham island tour in the morning - I have requested to clean the room before leaving and back to hotel at 3pm ,the room was not cleaned yet. waiting at lobby 15 mins in tired mood.
