This residence has a vintage feel to it. The place is peaceful, away from the busy streets but yet so near to town that you are able to get there by foot. The apartment has a complete kitchen full with cooking utensils, and a balcony facing the hills. There are extra mattresses with sheets and extra set of pillows. . The unit is clean and newly wiped down just before our arrival. Upon arrival, the staff allowed us to check in a little earlier, knowing that there are elderlies in my family. Please level your expectation since this residence is not brand new, so the units are well used but clean and homey. I would definitely come again to try other units under the khor apartments…(we stayed on the first floor coz of my elderly uncle and aunt, there’s no lift mind you) but i bet the higher floors would have the best view .

The house was very clean and comfyyy. Got extra two set of mattress with pillow and blanket. We stayed at third floor so the view was very nice. Our kids can play downstairs at the park near the building. Andd just walking distance to many shops. Really recommended. The place is very near to Abg Strawberry which was fantastic 👍🏻👍🏻 The host is very friendly and the place was very clean. We had good sleep for our overnight stay. The wifi is speedy and i really like the toilet which comes with heater :) however for information theres no fan in the rooms. But i would still recommend Khor's apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in tanah rata

Good - Friendly staff. When we have issue with the TV, the staff came within minutes and resolve the issue. - Check in and check out process is fairly simple and hassle free. Staff gave clear instruction in Whatsapp, and remain contactable. - House is clean. - Astro TV subscribed to all channels. Can watch both local and oversea channels. - Comes with mahjong table, but I did not use it. - Good location. Available nearby: Family Mart, 7-11, Guardian pharmacy, Maybank, Mr. DIY, Amsterdam Cafe, Scott's Cade, Starbucks. Bad - I stay in unit D8, on fourth floor. There is no lift. I am ok with taking stairs but it might not be friendly toward elderly guests. - The heater in shared bathroom need to be turned on 30 minutes before shower. Would be better if modern shower heater is installed. The bathroom in master bedroom comes with fast heating heater, no need to wait for 30 min. - Gas stove and some pots provided. The black pot is really sticky even after I washed it twice. Fortunately i brought my own pot. - There are small convenient stores nearby, but lack big supermarket.
