helpful staff, ,good driver, nice stay !”
location is very good that you can go to old markets and pub street by 10mins walk . the staff is very helpful, they help to find a reliable driver to me for 3 days Angkor visits .They offers fair prices which is very reasonable, highly recommend to stay .
4 nights in Siem Reap”
We spent 4 nights in Kia Kaha Villa and found it to be quiet and very comfortable. There are many restaurants situated close to the hotel and you can easily walk to the city centre in 5 minutes. The hotel manager is very friendly and ensures that the room is clean and tidy all the time. Breakfast is good and there is a swimming pool for the guests. I would highly recommend this hotel.
I don't understand critics I could read on this hotel. It's small and pretty business. The emplacement is imo perfect, the room (superior) was spacious and confortable, cleaned every day. On top of that, the staff was one of the best I ever meet, really friendly yet professional, and always available. Some rare qualities, I would recommend.
Cozy Villa with friendly staffs”
Booked 2 rooms for 5 nights. The operation manager arranged transport to pick us from the airport. upon arrival, we were given cool towels to freshen ourselves. The staffs are friendly. There are many eating places nearby and located within 5 - 8 mins walk to pub street and old market. Will be back again :)
Nice Boutique Hotel”
The Staff are the nicest i have met and i have been travelling all around as both a business traveler and with my other half for holidays. The location of the hotel is perfect, away from the noise and sounds pollution but just a stones throw away from a very good agent for temple visits / quad-biking, etc. Not to mention, the night market that is just a few right and left turns away from the hotel. The night market then links you to Pub Street which is where you want to be for the nightlife. The rooms are nice but i would highly recommend the spa rooms (top floor and there are only 2 of these rooms). These are good value! Great hotel but i reckon should be cheaper as it is a boutique hotel (not a very fancy hotel).
Nice stay. Modern decoration. Pool area very nice. Few rooms so very quiet. Very well located as 5mn walk from all the animations but located in a quiet area. Good breakfast. Staff is nice and helpful.
What an amazing place! The staff was so nice and attentive, we felt at home but also very spoiled and pampered. The breakfast is so delicious and what a nice room and hotel. It was so romantic and relaxing. Heavenly!
Very nice hotel, staffs are friendly”
The staffs gave me warm welcome once I step in this hotel. Was planned to add some money to move spa terrance room but too many geckos. (What can you expect? This is Cambodia) The room at ground floor is more peaceful for me. The breakfast is awesome and taste very very nice.
Amazing boutique hotel & friendly staffs”
super of the friendly staffs and they can remember all of the guess name. of cause this boutique hotel only have 9 room It wasn't surprise. but the most important things is amazing of their staffs. Breakfast also amazing and delicious with more food. only I can comment that location for this hotel may not be easy to find out and of cause this very near the city night market and pubs street( just walking distant). overalls are perfect!
Great Comfortable Stay! Accommodating Staff!”
First time in Cambodia and after reading reviews we decided to give Pippeli a try. I am partial to new hotels/accomodations with crisp white linen as I can't stand flowery drapes or design. This is a modern hotel with a very homey feel, fast internet, and crisp linen. Downside: aircon was dripping the whole time so its either hot or supercold during our stay, not ideal but bearable. Hope they get that fixed. Upside: staff is awesome and responsive, regular cleaning, airport pick-up and transfer is spot on, request for late check-out for later flight can be accomodated as long as room is available, hotel arranged for our angkor wat trip via tuktuk, $18. Just request for a knowledgeable english guide to get the bang out of your buck at $25. My parents saw my picture in Angkor and they too want to visit. Definitely booking them at Pippeli because the staff is great! And I know I can trust them with my folks.
One fo the Friendest stay I had”
Having to find the right place for my stay in Siem Reap was somewhat difficult. It was my first trip and I wasn't sure which is a better accommodation for me. My friend stumped upon Pippeli Pensione and found out about this wonder place. Located just few mins walk to the famous pub street and the various night markets are some of the plus point for this property. But what truly made me decided to choose this boutique hotel is the fact that there are only 9 rooms in the whole property, and this means that you get a very personal service with the staff. And I was right from the very moment I stepped into this resort looking hotel, I was greeted by the friendly frontdesk Marany, and she tried her best to remember us by our name. The check in was fast and we got a balcony room on the second floor. The design of the room is very unique. We did not enter the room from the door but from the balcony sliding door. The room is spacious with nice Chinese Zodiac design on the wall. The absence of door in the shower room is a mystery but I guess the room suits well for couple. It is nice to have many pillows on the bed but it would be nicer to have a mixture of soft and hard pillows to choose from. Love the breakfast selection, though not many but it is good enough to get may days started and there is an option to have my breakfast in my room or by the small pool. What makes it great is the additional service from the staff that kept asking me am I having enough for breakfast etc. What touched me most was the special Ginger Lime drink to cure my sore throat after the friendly staff knew about my sickness. And knowing that I have to check out the sunrise in Angkor Wat, the night shift staff actually prepared my breakfast and packed for me to bring out, instead of having to buy breakfast from Angkor wat.The small pool in Pippeli, though small but it is sufficient for people who like to get some tanning and some light swimming. Overall it was a great experience for me in Pippeli, f
Lovely little place.”
Great room, great location, great service. The free breakfast in the morning is very good- you order what you want the night before and they'll either bring it to your room or serve by the small pool. Superb location only about a 10min walk to pub street for drinks and food once you pass the old woman serving chilli-fried bugs on the corner too if that takes your fancy... Very helpful giving advice about tours and transport. Overall a great stay.
Very comfortable Hotel and supper nice staff”
The hotel is not big, but very comfortable. Friendly and warmhearted staff, make me feel like its my home. Our room is super clean and has a private balcony. The hotel is in a good location too. 5 minutes to the old market by walk. The last day of our stay, they kept the room for us till 4pm to check out because our flight was in the evening.
Good location and service with a smile”
We stay at the hotel for 3 nights. There is a variety choices for breakfast and it is delicious. You can chose either to have your breakfast besides swimming pool or in your room. besides that, they even can ready the breakfast for you at 5am on special request. It has a good location since it only takes 5 min to walk to night market. The room is clean. However, the bathroom is designed to be without doors.
A great, yet remote place to stay!”
The owner is a very friendly guy, who helped us a lot arranging our tour to Angkor etc.. The place itself is a bit outside the busy area of Siem Reap and yet close enough to go for a stroll in the evening. Absolutely recommend going there.
We had a great time staying in this hotel. The host and the staff were absolutely helpful and friendly. He shared a very useful local travel information during our 5 days trip. Another good point is the location is very convenient about 5 mins walk distance to the night street and market. The room facility was okay, quite simple though. The price was a great deal and you won't complain with that. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all of you.
Magic place to chill for a while....”
Great place to chill, great shady cool pool after a day walking through Angkor. The folk that run this place go the extra mile and can sort out just about anything, including a great driver to take you where you need to go. Soft bed (and pillows), big TV, everything works well and the pool is cool and shady ! Cheers and thanks !
We really enjoyed staying here! Andrew and staff are very friendly and helpful, booking a tour is very easy. The location is great, walking distance to city centre and great restaurants! Would definitely stay here again!
Great place, rooms are incredible, big, clean. Hotel has nice pool. The owner is amazing guy, very helpful. Location is also great, 5 min walking to pub street, but quite for sleeping. In the same street, there some nice restaurants, so I would definitely recommend it to everybody.
it's 5 minutes walk from pub street/night market. rooms are really well kept. we were upgraded to a room which has a bathtub outside the room. nice and quiet and owner is really friendly and helpful. giving tips on where to go and where to get good food and entertainment
