Host was incredibly helpful and made sure we were all comfortable and safe also made sure we had a smooth check-in process. We were provided with clear details for check in and it was very convenient. Place was very clean and cozy.

The stay was pleasant. Requested for an additional mattress because the 6th bed was the sofa in the living hall. A little hard to contact with the unit representative. Messages via WhatsApp was not very prompt and sometimes gotta call few times to get. Unit rep didn't send the check in details until we contacted him..but he spoke politely and was willing to help. A deposit of rm150 is required.

Our stay is generally good and acceptable. The host responded very quick. But somehow there is no link between Agoda and the host, so it's better to contact directly to the host. They only provide one access card which is super inconvenience as you will need the card to access every place in the condo. Or else, you can only stay in the house. Besides, the host need to take attention to the cleanliness of house especially in the cupboard, drawers, etc. The things are not neat and clean. There are many ants around the kitchen cabinet. The air conditioning in the living and 2nd bedroom need to service too.

一抵達單位發現是未整理清潔過的住宿，讓人傻眼。經過與屋主溝通，最後屋主臨時替換了另一件距離15分鐘車程的房子。由於抵達已經傍晚時分，再經過一番與屋主溝通與等待，浪費了一些時間。個人對於這次的安排不是很滿意。
