Convenient location”

Right by Kichijoji Station, as well as Inokashira Park. Staff is very polite and kind, I was offered a bigger room and had a really comfortable time there. Will definitely repeat if I am to stay around the area again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kichijoji and the Tokyu hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful in every way. The location is perfect - close to the station and a short stroll to the park via some cute bars and restaurants. The room whilst small (that’s japan) was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Good hotel with great location”

This hotel is right next to Kichijoji JR Station and KEIO Inokashira line; just about around 5 minutes walk. Two minutes walk to the airport bus station. Not to mention that it is very close to one of the coolest town in Tokyo, Kichijoji. However, the hotel is a bit old but still very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. Anyway, location wise, this hotel is the best in Kichijoji.

After its refurbishment, this hotel looks modern with better fittings and furniture. Very nice hotel as usual and close to many shops and also the train station. My first choice hotel for business and leisure for the past 15 years!

Great stay”

The location was excellent, proximity to the Kichijoji shopping district which was not too crowded and yet has many places to shop and places to dine at. Definitely less expensive place to hang out than Shibuya. The hotel has great staff, always helpful, from patiently answering our queries to the area, to helping us with reservations for the early morning express bus service to the airport. Highly recommended place!

Great Location; Clean and Comfortable”

Easy to get to from Airport. Buy a bus ticket to Kichijoji Station for about $30. It drops you off one block from the hotel. You can see it from the bus stop. Hotel room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be staying there again when I visit my daughter who lives nearby.

I stay here every time I come to Kichijoji. Staff is always friendly and efficient. Prices are high so sometimes it is cost prohibitive for me but if I get a good rate I take it. Location is excellent.

Excellent location but rooms in need of renovation”

Location and friendly reception

the hotel is within easy walking distance of the station, lots of shops, restaurants, bars etc. all the staff were very friendly and helpful. i was given an upgrade so the room was spacious enough but in need of redecorating. there is internet connection via lan cable, but no wireless, which is inconvenient, especially for those who travel with a light macbook air, for example. the buffet breakfast was adequate, but nothing to write home about. all in all, i would return to this hotel (there are not many options in kichijoji!).

Nice but your group was there ”

Very nice location in interesting town of Kichijoji. Good buffet breakfast, but a noisy tour group arrived on second morning. Probably should check if group will be there when booking a room. Hotel could inform guests also to have consideration for other guests in breakfast room!

Nice Stay”

Good location for going to shops and restaurants. Also, it is a 2-3min walk to a bus stop to go to Haneda & Narita airport shuttle bus. The hotel keeps your luggage until your departure. Breakfast is fantastic! A lot of kinds of foods: Japanese, Western, Chinese and Indian etc. A coffee machine in the restaurant is OK. They provide pepar cup for drinking your room.
