This hotel is comfortable”
I stayed here for 2 nights with mother. There no negative things about this place - Receptionist is polite and well spoken English. He gave us a map of District 1 and suggested the main attractions. - Hotel is very clean and comfortable. The beds are new, no bed bugs at all. Tv and minibar is available during my stay but I didn’t really use them. - Easy to find cheap and yummy food street in this area - Convenience store is just one block away - This hotel is near to Bui Vien Walkstreet where you can find many foods - You can take grab/uber taxi from here if you want to go to anywhere. Very easy.

Staff carried our bags to the top floor where there was a wonderful view. They where really welcoming and friendly. Very clean place. Location was great as it was really close to a bunch of Shoppes, but we didn't like that part of town. Really dirty streets and vendors nearby. The northern districts we're much cleaner. Lots of traffic noise until about 11pm when everything started to calm down. I would say overall 4.5 out of 5. The staff really made it great for us. Been to a few places now and haven't much of that kind of professionalism and genuine kindness.

We have a nice stay !”
We stayed for 2 nights with a group of 4 (Family room with a balcony). Staff are friendly, helpful with a 24hr front desk and they speak english. They also allowed us to stay one more hour in the room after checkout. The location is 5mn (Walking) to Bui Vien Street; We enjoyed so much at the World Cup Final 2018. It might be a bit noisy in the morning, because it near the market (but it's not a big deal). Infront the hotel, you can find a local noodle soup restaurant (open 24hours), the taste is very delicious, clean restaurant, with a cheap price 40k dong (around 2USD). We have a nice stay !

It's a 10 mins walk away from benh tanh market. it's a newly renovated boutique hotel near the market area. price is good and the crews were very helpful and accomodating. they just dont have an elevator though but overall OKAY.

Authentic HCM Life”
The neighbourhood area was really authentic Vietnamese life, many nice local food. However, the room is not sound proof and will not be suitable for leisure traveller with big luggages, as there is no lift to the room. Luckily the hotel staff are friendly to help carry it to the room during check in and check out. Overall value for money.

The hotel location is the best part, just one straight way can walk to Phạm Ngũ Lão, but enough to avoid those crazy noises music！ The room is clean and tidy and staff super nice and helpful! by the way, right opposite to the hotel there one very nice bar and restaurant！

Located in the center of the city, close to many restaurants. The bus station is not too far away and as everything else in walking distance. We really enjoyed the authentic impressions of the local live. The staff is just great. Thank you

The location is ok and there is a morning market which is walking distance. However it is not walking distance to those famous attractions so I would strongly recommend you to take grab. So in overall I am very satisfy with this hotel and will return here when I return to HCM.

Stay in this hotel for 3D2N Location is good , bit noisy as the market is just at front but is ok. Room is big and clean. Staffs are helpful and friendly .

Not too bad ”
Overall, for the price, it was not too bad. However, the floor was very dusty and sandy. Do take note if you have lots of luggages as they do not have elevator. Staff there are very friendly and nice and breakfast is not bad as well. Location wise, it’s nearer to the nightlife area but rather far from the markets and tourist spots in the city.

Front desk people doesn’t know how to speak english so it was difficult for us to ask questions and request anything like toiletries that were not refilled daily, but they were friendly and try their best to understand what we mean. As for the location, twas pretty good because there were coffee shops and 24hour food stall and chill spot infront of the hotel, massage center probably 20 steps away.

The hostel is not far from the main street and quite which is good that you can go for night life and come back to the quite place. There is no elevator so I would not recommend for the person who had a lot of luggage.
