Booked 2 Standard Double Room for a night's stay. While one of the room feels larger than the other, both are spacious enough to open up 2 large size luggage. Clean and equipped with basic amenities such as water/tea, slippers, etc. Able to use the in room hot spring tub which helped to relieve fatigue from travel. Rain shower also has good pressure. Overall satisfied with the stay.

The hotel itself was ok. The issue came when I tried to purchase breakfast at the front desk. The staff at the restaurant escorted me to the front desk and stood there while I purchased two days access to the breakfast buffet. I mention this because it makes what happened next even more ridiculous. I proceeded to sit down for breakfast. Within a few minutes, another employee approached and asked me my room number in a way that implied she thought I had not paid. She and another employee, despite the fact that one of the other restaurant staff had personally watched me purchase breakfast, then spent the next 20 minutes stealing glances at me and whispering to each other as though they thought I had snuck in without paying. Ok, whatever, maybe they didn't coordinate with the front desk. I would forgive the first day of two employees treating me like I was a thief. However, the SECOND day in the restaurant, the exact same thing happened again. I approached the front desk, gave my room number, sat down, and immediately another employee came up to ask my room number. She then proceeded to watch me eat for 20 minutes while speaking to another employee and even bringing someone from the front desk to have a look at me. After I finished eating I went over and showed them my receipt from the day before, which they seemed uninterested in. It was an extremely embarrassing, uncomfortable experience for a breakfast that was itself quite subpar. Based on that experience alone I would never stay here again.

Staff are nice , the hot spring bath tub is very nice inside the room , you can enjoy so much ! Hot spring on roof top also wonderful, pretty nice as well, good recommendation👍
I accidentally booked this hotel without free cancellation, I never regretted it. It was so valued for money for this hotel. Room and toilet was spacious and clean, comes with a in room hot spring spa as well. The hot spring spa in the hotel was also good. Breakfast was pleasant however not much changes for the 3 days we were there. The staff were also friendly and polite. The only setback for this hotel is the toilet door. The sliding door was translucent and there is a blind that you have to lower for privacy was a hassle. Other than that, will recommend this hotel to all. Is near a famous pastry shop which is packed with people once is opened
