Superior service and great value for money”
My experience in Kiman hotel was far better than I expected. In my trips, I have stayed in hotels of different price range, from 5* resort to budget hostels, and I can say that given this price range, this is the best hotel you can look for. The staff was nice, friendly and welcoming, they offered us a free upgrade of room. Our room was spacious, clean, with amenities that can be compared with star hotels. There is a swimming pool for you to chill out, and it is totally free. The hotel offers free bike rental, so you can explore Hoi An old town by bike (which is the best way to do), and cycle to visit the nearby An Bang beach and Cua Dai beach. The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of dishes. I stayed only for 1 night as I was to take my flight the following day, but if I had known about this great quality of service, I would definitely have stayed longer. Highly recommend for holiday makers to Hoi An!

If this place did hotels up and down Vietnam we would be staying in them for our whole trip. We absolutely loved our stay, it felt like a holiday within our backpacking throughout Vietnam. No other hotel has come close. The staff are so genuinely friendly. The free cooking class was so fun! And the pool was a welcome relief after a day's walking in the heat. I wasnt feeling 100% healthy on my stay and having a safe and comfortable couple of nights to rejuvenate while my partner could order food from the room or go to the pool was really just what we needed. Seriously ridiculous value for money. A five star quality hotel for an incredible price. The place is absolutely spotless, the buffet breakfast amazing (tropical fruit, egg station, pancakes etc), the pool is clean and cooling, the staff go out of their way to help you and are incredibly friendly. If I came back to Hoi An I would neve stay anywhere else. The free bikes were an epic bonus, we cycled to the beach and around the city. 10mins walk to Old City and surrounded by great places to eat.

Best bang for our buck!”
We were lucky enough to stumble on the Kiman hotel and spa, they were having a promotion at the time for the room, so it was a no brainer to choose them. Our room was clean and spacious with a huge comfy bed. They offer a number of amenities (ie. free breakfast wit huge selection, accommodating to vegetarian, water bottles, 10% off their new spa). Quick and friendly staff rounded off the whole experience. If we return to Hoi An we will certainly stay again!

The staff were extremely welcoming from the moment I arrived at the hotel! I immediately noticed all their smiles and how happy they were to be there. The hotel felt like home and it was very clean. The buffet was a real treat and the location was great because of the free bikes. Definitely use that to your advantage as you can bike anywhere in Hoi An.

The staff here were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, large, and just such good quality for money. Shower was huge! We even got upgraded free of charge. The breakfast had a large variety of different foods which was lovely and my partner loved swimming in the pool! They also have bicycles free of charge.

The staff were incredibly helpful and always had smiles on their faces. The hotel was in a nice location away from the main strip but not too far to walk. Free bike rental if you want a quicker journey. The room was in excellent condition and taken care of. Hotel decoration was also very nice. There was a pool available but we didn't try as it was rather cold. Every morning there was a vast choice of food at the buffet. The staff even offered to make extra food if we requested it. Outstanding service!

I luckily got a good deal of 40% discount for a six-people family room and this hotel worths every penny. The room is on the rooftop with 3 big comfy beds inside. They provided sufficient facilities for 6 people and met every requirement I asked. The process of checkin and checkout is also super easy and fast without any argument. The best thing here is the buffet breakfast. Even though the price is cheap, its breakfast is amazing! The location is great as well. Highly recommend this place !!

I had a great time staying at Kiman. The hotel is clean and reasonably priced. It is about 10 minutes away on foot from Old Town and about 3 kms away from An Bang beach. The staff was polite and very helpful. I’d definitely book this hotel the next time I visit Hoi An.

The one most defining trait of this excellent boutique hotel is the staff. They are all very inviting, warm, nice people. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 6 nights. It was absolutely wonderful! We booked the bottom basement room and they upgraded us to a superior room after the second night. We did have to move again because they booked up, but the staff did their very best to keep us happy! Everyone in this hotel is friendly! Special shout out to Happy in the spa who was amazing and also so welcoming. There was so much to choose for breakfast as well. We loved it here. Good location within walking distance to walking town as well! If we are ever back in Hoi An, this is where we will go!

This is the best hotel I had stayed in the past few weeks”
I had stayed at Quang Sang 78 Hung Vuong, Ninh Kieu, Can Tho (5/10 my rating); Dana Sailing 40 An Thuong 3, Ngu Hanh Son, Da Nang (0/10 my rating); Dylan 93-95 Ha Bong, Son Tra, Da Nang (6/10 my rating); Kiman 461-363 Hai Ba Trung, Hoi An (10/10 my rating). As you can see Dana is the worst. It had cockroaches, mold and dust, room had high humidity and smelly, the AC was covered with dust and it's filter appeared to not replace for months or years. Other hotels had some small negatives but I couldn't find any negatives about Kiman. The room smelled great, staffs were very friendly, free buffet breakfast with 10-20 items. Because of low humidity this was the only hotel with no mold stained in ceiling/wall. I miss this hotel. Highly recommend Kiman to anyone.

Decent enough location outside of the hustle and bussle of the old town. Free bikes if you ask the front desk, which is good for getting to the beach. The pool is a welcome addition during the long hot days.

Our stay at Kiman was excellent! Breakfast options were great, their price for car pickups one way was around 250,000 VND which was very reasonable. They were able to arrange a car for us within less than an hour for a tour going to My Son which was also cheaper than what GrabCar was offering. The location was perfect being 15 minutes away from the Ancient Town and getting on the free rented bikes to ride towards the farms and beach was great as well!
