Good vibes the place was cleaned ,good workers and very friendly loving environment one things didn't like was when wanted to use the pool and had a party going on and sometime was noisy .Other than that was an epic.

Great Location and Staff”
The location gave us easy access to restaurants and entertainment by car or walking. Extremely live crowd and very popular location. The scenery from our room balcony was beautiful . Staff was wonderful however make sure you allow yourself enough time when requesting your car from the valet parking attendant.

Lovely Escape for Couples Getaway”
Highly recommend this hotel; rooms are great with fantastic views. Location is almost perfect. Be prepared to spend as you'd expect from any legit Brickell luxury hotel, but they don't beat you over the head. Definitely visit their restaurant it's fantastic for any meal particularly breakfast (16th floor overlooking main drag in Brickell.

Friendly Staff ”
Super friendly staff, facilities could've been cleaner and my bathroom shower had a bunch of rust and it made me not want to shower. Bath also could've been cleaner. But I cleaned it myself & still used the beautiful bath.. I would stay here again if I absolutely had to.

Solo Layover ”
Great hotel for a solo or small group friend stay. Huge tub & daily happy hour from 5pm - 6pm in the lobby. This is also a residency so its always crowded downstairs. Uber to the beach will run you minimum $16 but will definitely increase quickly from there. When I stayed the first night there was no hot water which annoyed me because I couldn't use the beautiful bath but the last day I was able to. The pool area & bar/lounge area was also closed. So not much to do, however the room itself is comfortable and decent in size. I'd definitely book here again Solo or with one other person .

PROS: Great location, beautiful hotel. Roof top pool is gorgeous. CONS: amenities are extremely costly not included in crazy hotel fee except for pool usage. Parking space is non existent unless you valet park. Towels had stains on it but usually don’t use hotel towels anyway. Bed were very short in length and small, barely can feet 2 people. Over all good location if you like being in the heart of downtown. Most likely will not book there again.

Beautiful hotel, but missing on the accessibility of amenities”
Lovely hotel, location, view. The room is beautiful too. However the amenities were not available all the time. The pool closed at 7pm... valet service took 30min+. Restaurant hours began/ended at weird hours or I couldn’t get a table.

Very average and not clean or worth the money”
I just finished my stay at Kimpton and i thought it was way too over rated. Location is fire but everything else meh. I found a cockroach in the room which was disgusting, and the overall room did not seem very clean in general. The staff is very friendly and kind.

Horrible Experience nothing more to say”
They gave us the wrong room, while someone was there already, we we're lucky nothing didn't happen when we opened the room. After confronting them they agreed to give us our money back only for one night. That was our first and last time in this hotel, I'd not recommend it at all!

Not worth your money ”
My boyfriend and I wanted to stay here for my birthday week and splurge a little. Unfortunately we ended up really disappointed. Upon arrival they made us wait over an hour for our room to be ready. They sent us to the 16th floor to wait - nothing complimentary, not a “we are sorry the room isn’t ready.” On the 16th floor the service was super slow! We ordered a tasteless salad and two lemonades ($50) 45 minutes later we got it. Finally at 4:30pm we were able to check in. FYI the hotel doesn’t offer any daily house keeping, apparently due to COVID. We have recently stayed at the W hotel, the Hyatt, and The Standard hotel and they all offer house keeping. It’s disappointing to come back to the hotel and find your room with the bed undone, no fresh towels and food from room service still there. At $400+ a night that’s the least I expect, wouldn’t you? Also, walls are paper thin, you can hear everything that is going on in the room next door - a bunch of girls screaming until 6am. TV’s are outdated and don’t offer Netflix. If you want to watch a movie you have to pay on-demand. Kimpton EPIC get it together, because my experience so far has been far from EPIC.

I Loved The Service Spirit”
I travel extensively because of my business. I have NEVER felt so comfortable at a hotel that I have never been to in my life. The management is excellent and so is housekeeping. I will definitely book my next stay with AGODA and when in Miami at the EPIC.

The Epic hotel is a really nice hotel. it is within walking distance to the bayfront. I booked it the night before my cruise (carnival) the room was spacious and clean i will definitely stay again even though it is a bit out of my price range

Strongly Recommend ”
This hotel is very new and nice. Expensive but worth to pay. It is very near to the conventional center (Hyatt Hotel) and not so far from the shopping center (10-min walk). Close to CVS, SubWay, Starbucks (4-min walk)

The hotel was very nice. The decorations around the hotel were gorgeous. It is in an excellent location. The pool and pool staff were great and the food from the restaurant area 31 was also very good. The room was spacious and the bathroom was also very nice. The price of the valet was a little expensive. It was 32.00 per day. Overall, we had a great time!

Nice location”
Staff are friendly and good. I was surprised that the booked rooms does not come with breakfast. It was not noticeable until I print out the Receipt. Facilities feel more like a condo type, rather than a 5STAR hotel.

Contemporary hotel with poor maid service ”
I would give this hotel 3 stars, not even close to 4. Despite a very nice room, on 1 of the 4 days of our stay, the covers were only pulled up and tucked into the bed, sheets left wrinkled and unchanged, decorative pillows left on the floor. On another day, the bathtub was not cleaned. There was a pendant light out in the bathroom the entire stay. The valet guys were rude, did not open the doors of the car for the ladies (chivalry is obviously not alive here), or would get the car, park it while I was waiting and walk away with the key. I was then expected to chase them down and ask for the key. The sofa was also stained, could have easily been cleaned. Simply no attention to detail. 3 thumbs down!
