The customer service at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. From answering questions in advance of our stay to the amazing welcome we received upon arrival, the staff are top notch here. Belinda, in particular, was delightful - she made a big fuss over my young daughter, bringing her behind the counter to pick out candy/snacks, getting us checked in early, and just making us feel like special guests. The hotel stay was a highlight of the trip for us. We’ll be back!!

The service was A 1! Room was perfect and the location was great. The only thing that I would say that needs attention is the bar in the hotel. Outside bartenders did not know the liquor they had in stock. Easy to say I don't have. Was not impressed at all. Also no security around the bar area outside. Someone came in through the side entrance and started asking customers for food and money. Very disappointing. But i can go somewhere else to enjoy drinks in the area. Special thank you to Ashley and Agatha for all their attention. You guys are great.

Staffs at counter is friendly, room is nice. The hotel was a post office. It is nicely refurnished. Room is comfortable and very cleaned. Location is good, it is near metro and musuems.

직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 1층에 잇는 레스토랑은 한국인 쉐프가 운영중인데 현지인들에게 인기있다고 합니다. 방도 넓고 웰컴 와인도 잘 먹었습니다.

酒店装修摩纳哥风格。位置很好，基本华盛顿玩主要景点走走就到了。 正好是新年夜在这里，元旦早上两点半，时差原因还没睡，准备洗澡，刚脱了衣服打开水，火警响了！是火警铃声真的响了！整座大楼都响了！然后整座楼的人都下一楼门外等，包括一楼开新年party的帅哥美女们都到门外等，消防车也来了，搞了半个多小时说没事大家才能回房间。然后我又开始洗澡，打开水龙头然后又响了！我了个擦啊！不过这次很快被人工停掉了。 除此之外，都还好。
