Solid hotel with a great rooftop view overlooking the river and the skyline ”
The hotel itself is decent in terms elegance, and the rooms are solid for the price. Where this place really shines is the rooftop bar with an amazing view, it is open to the public, not just hotel patrons. You have to dress slightly more upscale to be admitted, which I guess is understandable however they can be particular with whom they choose to let in, and what time they tell you it closes…. But back to the hotel, the room we choose had a bathtub in it which was HUGE and helped for soaking after a long day of walking and touring the city, the room was clean and had huge windows that were nice for viewing the other buildings. And most importantly for me I felt like it was in a pretty safe area, we stayed out late every night and walked back to the hotel with not many issues. Would stay again more than likely as there were no real issues with the hotel.

Beautiful hotel”
This hotel was beautiful and well themed. You can tell they definitely put thought into this upgrade. The room was gorgeous (Premier King) with ample lighting and large windows throughout the room. The bathroom was very modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again, but I'd ask for a Hudson view and a higher floor. (We were staring at construction from the 10th floor facing 11th and 48th).

New York is full of expensive hotels. This place is reasonably priced and worth the money. Location is perfect for a 12-15 minute walk to Broadway shows and plenty of food, drink, and fun. It's a short walk to the path along the Hudson River. The staff is professional and friendly. The rooftop bar has a fantastic view -- make sure you go during both daylight and darkness (be prepared to dress at least semi-nice). This is my second time here, and I'll stay here again next time I visit.

Classy hotel”
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for an anniversary trip and had a great time. Staff was great. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and was very nice. They do charge daily for internet which I felt was not the best policy as the hotel is a bit on the more expensive side but overall I loved it and would recommend.

Nice stay, overall good for what I was looking for. The restaurant on bottom floor was nice. Service and attitude at the rooftop bar could use improvement. The heat would automatically turn on in room making it very stuffy, and there was an electrical short creating lighting issues. Otherwise was fine for our needs. I reserved a deluxe king with the large bathtub, but probably would have preferred a corner king after staying there.

The hotel room was clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely check out The Press Lounge that has amazing views of the city during sunset, you will not regret it.

Clean but that’s it.... no access to roof top longe,,no bikes, no coffee and be aware that you’ll be charged an additional $30 “guest amenities” fee!!! Definitely no amenities :(

Shower head was broken ; it was fixed when asked. Was unaware needed to request room to be cleaned; when requested it was not done. When it finally was done the ice bucket liner was not replaced.

I was annoyed, because when I checked in at Ink48, despite prepaying for the hotel, I was charged the "guest amenity fee" of $30 + tax, which I felt Agoda should have indicated that I would be charged in addition to my online payment.

Not worth the money”
Terrible view, AC was really loud, tiny bathroom, no cups, Sound on TV was echo-y, dirty armchair. All these things together does not make for a $400+ , 3/4 star room. Beds were comfortable and staff was nice.
