The boss was super friendly!Initially assigned to a bigger room but limited view so I was just trying my luck requesting for a mountain view room and the boss agreed!He even suggested a back mountain view room changed for second day and recommended me a few of food stall option when visiting here,overall a very pleasant experience The downside is the water heater is not hot enough(considering it's mountain and water was super cold),not complaining but just take note if u can't take cold shower Aside from that this is a much recommended place to stay when u visit kundasang area with helpful boss!

GOOD SERVICE & NICE VIEW ”
Room so big and the weather very cold. Recommend bring extra jacket or blanket. No fan in room because it very cold. Got kitchen to cook downstairs. 1 toilet upstairs and 1 toilet downstairs. Iron also provided. Good service 👍. The owner very nice.

Good location and road is nice and gradual toward homestay. Parking space is not much. Owner is welcoming and kind. Room and toilet is clean. No insects at night once closed window. No aircond and fan, but cool at night. Staircase to first floor where all the room at. Not much view and facilities, recommended for a place to sleep only.

Ben the Host was helpful and took me to a bus pick up at the National Park.Look for the Katholic Claudius Church signs to find your way.They are blue and at the 2nd one turn left and that the Guesthouse.

It was a last minute booking; the price is cheap, but the facilities can be improved. Especially the washroom, cannot take shower because of leaking. Although it looks clean, but very smelly.

Near to Kinabalu Park, pre-msg before arrival. Very convenient. We couldn't get connection from our room but we manage to do that from the corner near the toilet. The road entering the homestay needs improving. Towel and soap provided 👍

Have the best view for mount Kinabalu at desa farm. Gas stove provided for folks that want to cook. Electrical kettle and fridge provided in the kitchen. To get good heat for the water heater, you need to turn the water to slow.

Cosy homestay with wonderful views”
This is a great place to stay if you are on a budget and basically want a comfy bed and don't mind sharing the toilet and shower with other guests. It is close to the main road and offers wonderful views of the peaks on Mount Kinabulu and also down the valley. Cooking facilities are available at one end of the lounge/ dining room on the ground floor so we were able to prepare our own breakfast. There is another lounge upstairs which is surrounded by the bedrooms. Very close by there is a Muslim-Chinese eating place which serves really tasty food and drinks and from which you can watch the sunset and even see the most amazing rainbows. Would love to go back and stay for longer next time.

House owner is very friendly and helpful. House is very clean and well equip. Good location, very near to Kundasang Park and easy to find food. Got small kedai runcit just outside the house as well where you can buy instant noodles and eggs. Only disadvantage is water in the water heater not very hot.

Reasonable price to stay here and wonderful views. The house owner also very friendly. They also provide accomodation to cook, got fridge and iron too. Strategic place to go to Desa Dairy Farm, Arnab Village, Poring Hot Spring, Sabah Tea, Tagal Luanti and many other nice places.

"Please be quiet."”
There is one night I could not sleep at all for the whole night. The guests from the other rooms was chatting outside the living room for the whole night till morning. Perhaps, the homestay owner could shift the living room setting to downstair OR place a "Be Quiet" signboard to remind the guests to be considerate of other guests too. Well, it's really cheap and it wasn't that bad after all. You just pay what you get.
