Good location”
It is close to Weiwuying, the internationally acclaimed performing center, 5 minutes by bicycle and less than 15 minutes on foot. It's a business hotel, so the room is small but still bi enough to have a sofa. The breakfast is good, but it offers no fruits.

Excellent”
My second stay at the hotel. I wanted someplace close to the new Weiwuying National Kaohsiung Center for the Arts. I like that they offer vegetarian dishes at breakfast and cook your eggs to order on a small grill top in the restaurant.

Great Facilities, Great Service”
kindness provides free internet access in all hotel rooms and high speed computer at the lobby. the hotel also provides free flow of coffee, tea, fruit juice and ice cream all day. the hotel’s room was very clean and neat, the bedding set and towel are white in colour are no stainless at all. non carpet room makes us feel much more hygienic. the staffs were very friendly, committed and helpful, we've checked out our in advance due to unforeseen reason, she told us she can reserve the room for to us stay at later date. she further advised us to inform agoda to follow up the matter. excellent:)

Comfortable stay with a great price”
The pictures of the hotel are actually accurate. It's a nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The price is cheap too. Wireless internet is available on every floor, even though the signal might be a little weak depending on where you are located on the floor. The staff is very polite and friendly, and speak decent English. Also, the hotel has many features, such as providing computers with internet downstairs that can also print for free. You can also do your laundry there for free, and they even provide detergent. There are many other amenities, too many to list, such as free bicycle rentals. The breakfast has a decent selection too, although it's very similar each day. The location of the hotel is not too close to the subway station (about 10 to 15 minutes walk), but it's decently close to other places for food and groceries.

Amazing service and free ice cream”
The hotel is located away from the city center but is accessible by subway (Martial Arts Stadium stop). I noticed multiple sports facilities in the neighborhood, including a swimming pool, baseball field, and basketball courts; however, I didn't have time to try these. The hotel service is great as the staff have an excellent customer service attitude. I started the laundry and then left for dinner. When I returned, my clothes were clean and neatly folded (all free). Another good feature was free coffee and ice cream, including toppings such as cereal and a choice of syrups including caramel. The room was a bit small , but very clean. Breakfast was busy because of a tour group but it was still possible to get a seat.

Much better than my last stay in Kaohsiung. Room is at least clean and bright. However, I have requested to upgrade the room from standard as the bathroom has no shower curtain. Other than this, everything is fine with such a low price.

Vaule-added hotel with 4 stars service”
We stayed there for a week and the staff there never fail to greet us with a smile or bow with respect when we left the lobby area. They are all ready to help you with any queries. Room was clean and spacious. Value for money, highly recommended. The only not so fantastic point about the hotel is the free breakfast they provide. The food was not that fabulous.

Good service and ok location”
we stayed there for two nights and thought it was fine. it's cheap and the staff is nice, plus the breakfast buffet was good, you could choose to have both chinese and western breakfast. the room we stayed in was the cheapest one, but it was nice and big enough for the price. it was very clean and they tidied the room every day. the hotel was around 10-15 min walk away from the nearest metro station, which was alright too.

The Hotel is well located within 10-min walking distance from Martial Art Stadium MRT Station(O9)exit No. 3. Front-desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Free wifi but signal not strong in the room. 4 desktop PC's with internet connection c/w printers for free use. Free use of washer and drier. Reasonable breakfast included. Free self-serve coffee, tea and ice cream at any time.

The room is clean and comfortable. For the price I paid I am very happy with the breakfast spread. Conveniently located. Near to local night market with plenty of food choices. The staff attitude is fantastic. Greet you every time when they sees you. Keep up the good service. Will love to stay at this hotel again.

The room is large and price is quite reasonable. Good servics are provided. Like many hotels of the same class, it is impossible to keep room warm as the air-con does not have heating function. It is a bit far from MRT stations, even though buses run nearby.

Simple, Fast, Direct, Good staff and service.”
Someone smoked in the room earlier (could be the night before). Taiwan is a full smoke free environment for all buildings. Hotel should be more strict in policy. Also, the bathroom sometimes will smell the smoke from other rooms thru the venting system.

Lovely Hotel and service with smile”
Nice, comfortable good at value. Hotel is clean and well managed. Area is good,beside the river, view is good without odors. Within acceptable distance to most points of interest. The bicycle provided by the Hotel is good to use to move around. The help yourself Cafe shop, with free ice-cream provide a place to gather for discussion. This would be a good remedy for small room. Parking available, very convinient.

Very good value for money”
The hotel is a budget chain hotel in Southern Taiwan. Therefore, the quality and service is up to the standard. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fairly good if you like Taiwanese style of breakfast. Room size is fair. The best thing is no extra charge for internet. Bed is soft and comfortable. Although they do not have bath tub in the bathroom, they have good shower tower built in. Very nice. There is a 7-Evelen store next door. small night market is around within 5 mins on foot. In general, this is execellent value for money.

basic if that's what you are looking for”
Stayed here for 3 nights over a long weekend. Ended up taking quite a few long taxi rides as it didn't appear to be close to anything but an MRT stop is a very short walk away. Staff was friendly and did their best to help (e.g. write restaurant addresses down) but they weren't exactly informed to make recommendations. Did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that. Room is small and basic but clean and has all the basic amenities. NOTE: the shower is the kind which sprays the entire bathroom, not "stall" or "walls" of any kind. I did not know that when I booked and wouldn't book again because of that. Terrible bed mattress and aircon that took FOREVER to kick in. But all in all, given what I paid was satisfied.
