Ice cream, coffee, cookies, and soft drinks available 24 hrs in the lobby. Provide light meals on the 4th fllor from 6.00pm to 10.00pm. For me it is heavy meal. Will book again.

not far from the train station, and located at the local market. there are lots of stands around and thus don't need to worry about the food. clean room with wonderful prices. the hotel also provides snacks at nights--really like it! will consider this hotel again.

All Great Except For Minor Shortcomings”
Location was good, about 15 to 20 mins walk from Yuanlin station. Located along a very busy street selling fruits and flowers. But traffic can be crazy especially in the morning when Taiwanese go marketing on their scooters and bikes. They zoom pass you here and there from everywhere. Staff is very polite and table clearing during breakfast is fast. But room can be abit jaded. Fallen off silicon and some water bubbles on the wall. Should be refurbished soon.

The hotel is on a busy street, many fruit vendors surround the property. Dining is close by, Yuanlin train station is less than 10 minutes walk from hotel. Staff was friendly and the room was acceptable. I would however, rate this a 3-star property

Good front desk service with welcome coffee and ic”
I will book this hotel again if I have another trip in Yuanlin. The front desk offers solution to our enquiry with gentle voice and nice smile. The room is clean, and offer enough power plug for pad or phone to recharge power. The only place I want to suggest this hotel to improve is their restaurant table layout.

Location is about 10 to 15 mins walk from Yuanlin railway station. Location on a busy fruits and flowers street. Clean but room abit jaded. Silicon in bathroom and toilet peeling off. Service of staff is great.

Budget Hotel with free supper”
The hotel serves food after 6pm and customers can just take them when they are back from their tiring shopping. Outside the hotel, it is a street that sells fruits which it is good for travellers who loves fruits. It's a bit far from Yuanlin Train Station (about 7mins walk) and Changhua Bus Terminal (about 6mins walk).

GREAT VALUE! GREAT STAFF! GREAT EVERYTHING! I wasn't too sure about the high rating over the internet for this hotel until we set our feet inside the facility! Not saying its 5 stars by any means but for it's price, it exceeds my expectation by MILES! 1. Great breakfast selection! I can't say enough about this! 2. Free beverages, snacks, and ice cream @ lobby is something I never came across of! also 4 Internet access PC and bikes? Man, they over kill it! 3. Decent room / bathroom interiors for this price. Lastly but not leastly, the staff was professional and caring! I can't wait to go back again~

We stopover at Kindness hotel on our way to Alishan. The hotel is right at the city center, surrounded by morning and night markets, which is convenient for snacks and dinner. Luckily, it is not noisy at all. We enjoyed our stay.

The location was ideal for seeing the city. The rooms were comfortable and adequate. Our kids loved the free-all-you-can-eat ice cream in the lobby. Good breakfast in the morning. The only complaint is that there were a number of times that we found hotel guests smoking in the hallway. However, the smell didn't bother us in the room. Overall though, we would stay here again!

All worker are friendly and greets you well whenever you enter or exiting the hotel. Gave light refreshment for free. Sufficient facilities. Comfortable overall (wish they have a better or choices of pillow though).

This was our second stay at this hotel. We liked it very much when we stayed there for the first time. However, this time, there were some ants and cockroaches in our room... The best thing is the staff. They are very friendly and helpful.
