          非常划算”

          客房內沒有留言說的蚊子、潮溼等問題，原本看了留言還怕怕的。 這間民宿旁邊也有很多其他民宿以及少數私人住家，且隔音不算太好，因此如果晚上會很HIGH的話可能要挑其他間。 來這邊住需自備交通工具比較好，離景點小遠，例如羅東夜市4公里之類的。 整體來說這間民宿我相當滿意，便宜且客房不髒亂

          不太愉快的經驗”

          本來訂好了這個民宿，打電話查詢時才跟我們說民宿滿房，然後調我們去了另外一間民宿，感覺已經不太好。而且另外一間民宿位置較偏僻，而且房間裝修的味道很重，牆紙也有剝落。熱水也忽冷忽熱，不小心就會被燙到。

          不好的住宿經驗”

          明明訂Agoda(促銷價)不可取消當天付款即可，房東不知道在怕什麼確急著要我付款不付款就沒有留房，訂完房當天就匯款了，入住第一天晚上9點左右還有其他房客來敲門問我是不是住錯了，我看是超收客人了，後來另一組房客就被載走，我是入住2天，第一天有車位第二天居然就沒車位了傻眼，爾且從我入住到離開房東都沒主動來電過，除了我第一天問房號及第2天車位被停後再撥1次電話，這算是一個優點吧

          像家一樣自在的房子”

          臨時決定的旅行，帶著6、70歲的爸媽，5個小孩，沒有開車，詢問老闆娘附近的餐飲，人在外地的闆娘，還是想辦法找了一台摩托車，才能外出買8人的晚餐！ 隔天又幫我們叫車！ 總之，老闆娘的熱心、主動，幫我解決棘手的問題！ 房間簡單、乾淨、舒適，老小都自在開心！ 推*100！！

          離羅東夜市十分鐘左右而已 老闆娘還讓我們停在他們家那邊 走到夜市五分鐘否則要停停車場 可能要排隊半小時
