Above average”
Rooftop Jacuzzi, breakfast was great, room service will deliver cocktails. The pool downstairs is not used very much since it is in the middle of the restaurant. The staff was nice, but the man who organized the tours was rude and not helpful. We made appointments at the spa next door at the Queen Grand Hotel. I would highly recommend that spa!

Great location ”
Good free breakfasts, small but comfortable roof top pool with a nice view & bar, right across the street from a large park, temples & the Royal Palace. Staff were efficient & all was good.

Value for money”
Greetings at door was good but the receptionist were terrible Their answers were very abrupt and never smile The hotel is surrounded by many chinese/thai restaurants walking distance Very quiet neighborhood. No traffic jams. Taxi available very easily. The lobby has been turned into a foot massage area. The rooms were clean and tidy but old I found many family guests with children

Good value for money”
The room and facilities are pretty decent and value for money. The staff is very accomodating and friendly. Great location because it's a few hundred meters away from the riverside. There's lots of restaurants and spas around the area. The Royal Palace is just a stone's throw away too. The street is a little small and congested, with some potholes, but that's not too much to worry about.

Good hotel ”
Only con is the hotel tour desk made some errors on our bus booking and which subsequently created delays for our onward travel. We made the mistake to not shop around bus tickets and believe that the travel desk at hotel charges exorbitant commission rate on tickets. Hotel and staff otherwise was great and would recommend to stay here for time in Phnom Phen.
