Excellent experience. The room was spacious, with a beautiful view, and the breakfast was huge. King is cheaper than many of the hotels in the area, but the experience is just as good, if not better.

Nice place if you have only adults, my kids did not like this hotel as it was rather noisy (the other groups of travellers). Decent place to stay, with humble rooms. I would come here with some friends.

Clean cosy hotel with friendly staff”
It's location still a 3min drive to our destination (Xi Tou Park), but it is not a problem as the hotel will provide the transportation. So it is indeed a great service of the hotel staff. The bamboo garden and small river just next to the hotel, you can walk there. It is beautiful! They serve good quality tea with good price. After tasting for 3 types of tea, we love them all and bought back as gifts to our friends and family. We only manage to go to Xi Tou Park, if we will be back again, we will try the Sun-Linked Sea Park as well.

Nice hotel set admist lush greenery”
Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. The sound proofing is excellent as we could not hear the vehicle traffic at all. What i like best about the hotel is that the rooms all face lush green mountains. In the mornings, we are waken by roosters calls, which is a refreshing change from city life. Only cons is the toilet has no shower curtains and hence the floor gets wet after we shower.

A 3-day romantic stay ”
Our stay was very relaxing, the staff were friendly and cleanliness was thoroughly kept. The room was spacious, the bathroom was big too and AC was available. There was a short period of noise in the morning around 7 am when crowds of tourists were heading for breakfast but it got quiet shortly after again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Large Room with nice Mountain View”
Though the Hotel is located a bit out of the way, the owner and the family provided free transport to the nearby sightseeing locations. The room is nice and large with comfortable bed and a jacuzzi bathtub. Some of their family members are easier to talk to and ready to help, so you might wish to try talking to a few for similar request. Surprising to find a hot/cold water dispenser in a room. Breakfast is Chinese buffet style with vegetarian options; simple but nice.

a pleasant layover in nantou”
boss lady and her staffs were extremely pleasant and helpful, room was comfortable BUT one of our duvet smell. Upon our telephone call, an uncle came up and got us a new duvet cover and change in front of all of us. we learn from him how to do it.. it was fun. Location to the park from hotel was a plus point and hotel provide drop-off and pick up service in their brand new large MPV.. breakfast was a let-down though. overall, a pleasant layover.

Ok in a pinch”
This place is entirely geared to accommodating bus loads of Chinese tourists. Generally noisy with mediocre food. There are B&Bs in the area which are much better to access the park.

Nice mountain view but small rooms”
Rooms were very small and hot water dispenser in both the rooms we booked don’t seem to work well. Could only supply lukewarm rather than hot water. We had dinner in the hotel as there were no restaurants/shops nearby. Dinner was okay but Breakfast was quite bad, with very little variety.

A bit oldish tavern type hotel with all the basic amenities you need. Food at the in-house restaurant was good with lots of local produce. Stewed pork is die die must try dish.

Nice Comfor Little Wooden House”
The whole building is made of wood which is quite special.A home-feel like hostel with nice and helpful staff. Equipped with massage bath tub for 1 person.Overall speaking, the hostel is a worthwhile choice.
