This is my thousand times stayed at kingsgate hotel. The hospitality is very good. All staff members very nice, friendly, and always put smile on their faces. We often got upgraded room. The bedroom is very clean,bright, and tidy. The room size is big with clear windows. Breakfast very good with delicious dishes. Staff members at the restaurant very nice and always remembering your room number or face. Huge credits to frontdesk/reception who always be kind and often upgrade our room. You will stay with comfortable and with affordable price. Thank you so much Kingsgate Abu Dhabi hotel.

“A Very Decent Option in Abu Dhabi”
I stayed at the Kingsgate Hotel for 3 nights this week and I must say it is an affordable hotel and a quality option in Abu Dhabi. I will add that my stay this time was not pocket friendly thanks to the ADFW and Formula 1 happening that weekend and hotels just jack up prices without any sense. I had to attend the Conference and I took it but otherwise the hotel is available at much better rates. The staff is uber friendly and they helped me with both an early check in and a late check out. The rooms are clean, staff attentive and responsive and the location is just ideal. 5 mins walking from Abu Dhabi mall and 5 min taxi ride from ADGM/ Galleria Mall. Overall, a very nice experience. Well done Kingsgate!

“Good clean, quiet & spacious room ”
First impressions getting off the bus heading towards the hotel was wow Abu Dhabi is massive. As I’ve made my way closer towards the Kingsgate hotel, I did get the impression that the area is is a little downtown. He is a little rough round the edges but still everywhere is clean the walls and buildings surrounding the hotel that are a little bit derelict looks like there’s probably gonna be some building work going on around here in the future and also I notice behind the hotel is a mosque. Not a problem. Only depends on how loud I can hear the court prayer in the morning, hopefully not too loud. I’m on the ninth floor and I can’t hear any street noise so far. I was greeted by a lovely female reception staff who checked me in extremely quickly and explained that I’d already paid for my three nights and there was just a tax to pay which was 15 AED per night which I paid with my card. The foyer area was clean, but nothing spectacular. I approached the lift which came very quickly and ascended to the night floor corridor seem quite dark and quiet, which is good and I want my room. I’m surprised about the size which is very spacious. I had a quick look round is clean and tidy, though a little shabby the hotel could probably do with a re-Ferb soon though for the price I’m paying £44 a night I’m not complaining im not a princess requiring a very thing brand new… as long as it’s clean and functional I’m happy. I travelled in from Israel that this was the third leg of my four country journey and hadn’t eaten since the night before so changed and went out for a walk to the apparently best falafel in Abu Dhabi, which was a 17 minute walk from the hotel. There’s plenty of supermarkets and restaurants on your doorstep here you will be spoilt for choice of where to eat takeaways , restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, juices, et cetera. The room has a fridge a kettle , one coffee, sachet, and two teabags, which is a little disappointing. A bit more refreshments in the room w

“Good Comfortable Stay”
The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and friendly spoke English. The breakfast spread was also good, with vegetarian options and they had one Indian dish everyday and it was different everyday. Stayed for 2N 3 D, centrally located and would definitely stay again.
