Kingston Place Guesthouse is situated in the Herrwood Park suburb of Umhlanga, just 1.5 km from Bronze Beach and a 15-minute drive from Mount Edgecombe Golf Club. Rundown and not worth the money ”

I am starting to feel that the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this place is fake, - location is very empty and dangerous. - no security on property - staff isn't present most of the time - no one present for check in - the room is rundown and disappointing -breakfast option was suddenly removed after booking. Very overpriced room for what you get.

Great getaway from the winter cold and rain”

Available at a discounted rate through Agoda, wonderful views of the ocean and close to the beaches and mall.

The stay was very nice. I wouldn't have paid the rack rate but it was value for money at the discounted rate. Friendly staff, option for self-catering or eating in. The room was showing signs of wear and a few items needed attention which diminished its status advertised as Penthouse. Owner on site attended to items expeditiously.
