I had an incredible time at the beautiful Kinjohro, incredible kanazawa experience with knowledgable staff and an extremely amazing VIP experience that you could only have by staying at a place of this caliber. I was greeted by name at the door and was received with a warm welcome. The Kaiseki was a delectable course with flavors of the region, with an incredible view for dinner of the impeccable garden. Would stay again!!!

Completely mis-priced and ended up wasting possibly 3 nights worth elsewhere. Selected hotel on the basis of it's high price for a special occasion. Didn't even deserve a single star in terms of value for money.

我们是来庆祝结婚周年的旅游度假。在这里的体验非常好！店员服务超出想象的好，可谓无微不至!房间干净，宽敞，特别是非常安静!房间外的日式园林很美!餐厅的料理也是非常精致，可口。每一道菜都像是一件艺术品。不愧为125年的老店。绝对推荐!希望以后中国国内也有这样的酒店。
