I loooooove Kinnon Hostel❤️ the stuff is great, makes you feel like home, common areas and bathrooms are getting cleaned every day, breakfast is included and is really amazing, comparing to other hostels. What i really love about Kinnon is that there are multiple common areas, you can chill on the rooftop, in the tv room, in the coworking space, in the kitchen, in the cafe, or even outside on cool benches. So you don’t feel trapped in the room how you might feel in other hostels. Also the Kinnon is located in a very nice area, full of street food, malls, 7 minutes walk until MRT Silom and 5 minutes walk until BTS Sala Daeng, also 10 minutes walk until Lumpini Park where you can run, do some physical activity if you like. Definitely worth the money you are paying and i stayed there 20 days, kept extending my stay, because how much i loved it there, haha :) Thanks for reading my review, you will not regret staying at for sure :) Kamila, solo traveler from Kazakhstan

Been to Bangkok numerous time, but first time staying in a hostel and Kinnon left me with a good impression. They allow early check in if you inform beforehand, if not there is coworking space at level 2 to watch netflix or take a nap. Bed were spacious, toilet were clean and sufficient. Will prefer lower bunk if there is a option while booking. Amenities like toiletries, hairdryer were provided. BTS Salang Daeng, which is quite straightforward from BKK airport. Cost 75b and light walking. BTS Silom is nearby too. Not the typical area singaporean will stay, it near the pattpong night market. Limited choice for food, it’s a Japanese district imo. Will stay this area again just for Kinnon.

Best hostel ever ”

It is very clean hostel and you can get everything you need here. They offer HUGE sigle bed, clean towels, free shampoo and bodywash product. And you can have a nice breakfast every morning. Every staffs are so friendly and helpful (plus, pretty). They recommeded nice places around here and helped me make some resvertaions for restaurant and rooftop bar and they always get the best seat! I just want to thank them so much.♡ The location was perfect. It is pretty close to BTS stations that you can go everywhere in Bangkok and there are many local foods and nice restarants near hostel. I loved Izakaya place and live bar which is right in front of the hostel. I visited and stayed other hostels in silom area and kinnon was the best! That is why I came back to this hostel and stayed here for more than a month. If you are looking for cheap and clean hostel in this area, you should just make a reservation here right now!

Fantastic clean and & comfy hostel with friendly staff”

Kinnon is beatiful hostel near Silom / Sala Daeng station. Clean, super comfortable beds, breakfast in the morning, coworking/notebook area above the lobby, small cafe/food area near the reception. And great staff - especially Bow, Pim, April, Rita, May and all the other ones I forgot ;-)

Best hostel I have ever stayed in!”

I arrived at Kinnon hostel really early- around 6am and the staff were warm, welcoming and kind enough to let me hang out in the co-working space until a reasonable hour. Throughout my whole stay all of the staff were incredibly friendly and inviting and made me feel right at home. They were genuinely interested in talking with me and why I was in Bangkok and really helped my nerves before I headed off to a wedding by myself where I didn't know anyone (thanks guys!). The beds were the comfiest beds I've ever slept in in a hostel (potentially the softest bed sheets ive ever touched EVER), the location is perfect and the place is wonderfully quiet. I'm going to stay at Kinnon every time I pass through Bangkok <3

EXCELLENT”

This is the second time I choose KINNON hostel ! It is located in the center of Silom region and it's close to the BTS Sala Daeng and MRT Silom. Also, although the staffs changed a lot, they are still very energetic and kind-hearted, always willing to help and chat with roomers. That's the big difference from other hotels. Moreover, they serve a variety of breakfast you can choose. It's amazing that you can experience so many things at a low price. I definitely suggest you must stay one night at least in life.

Kinnon Hostel was a great place to stay! All the staff was very friendly and the room was so clear. Unfortunately, I got sick while my stay in Bangkok but the staff in the kinnon hostel took care of me. The thing I can say is that Kinnon hostel has a great staff and an atmosphere! I really love this hostel and Thailand so I’m coming back for sure!!! I really recommend this hostel when you are visiting Bangkok.

An Oasis in Bangkok”

One does need to recover, recharge the batteries after a day in Bangkok (I do). Kinnon was my Oasis in Bangkok. 15 minutes walk away from SiLom tube station and located in a secluded area 1 min away from Bangkok's lively streets. Brilliant hostel with rooftop, chill-out area and bar. Breakfast is generous. Bunk beds are really large and massively comfortable. And the staff is there with their smile and great help to complement all these benefits. Yes, we all love Palmy song. Best accommodation around. Best accommodation to start a holiday.

Home away from home!”

My friend and I have been traveling for 6 months now and we stayed in Kinnon for about 6 nights. We only booked 4 nights but extended another two. It was my favourite hostel out of the many hostels we’ve stayed in. I feel like I’ve recuperated in Bangkok thanks to this hostel! I’m applying for a masters programme next year so the co working space, including a quiet room, was ideal. Taking regular study breaks was made easier by the free tea, coffee and water refills available in the kitchen. They also have a fridge for residents to keep foodstuffs if needs be . In the mornings there is the most amazing breakfast included. So healthy too! And breakfast time is such a great way to meet people, and seeing the same faces made it feel like we were having breakfast with family! The tv room was super comfortable and cosy , so perfect for quiet nights in . The bed was incredibly comfy, with a curtain, duvet and two pillows!! Staff are amazing too, gave us a big hug leaving! Superb spot

Quiet, Clean, Comfortable, Awesome Staff”

This hostel was my first experience staying at a hostel and checked it out after having a so-so experience at a more expensive hotel. Kinnon staff and facility EXCEED EXPECTATIONS. I met so many new friends and was definitely will make Kinnon Hostel my main base when I am in Bangkok. They also run a small restaurant, which was the best food and reasonably priced. If I could give more than five stars, I would.

Amazing hostel (much more than a hostel!)”

We chose Kinnon Hostel for our stay in Bangkok because of all the good reviews and because we were curious about the dorm with double beds. Our stay could not have been better! All the good things people say about the hostel are true. The people are friendly, the hostel (including bathrooms) is clean and spacious, the breakfast is amazing and the WiFi is really good and stable. The double bed dorm felt very private because of the layout and all the beds being screened off by curtains. Comes highly recommended for couples. Only minor issue would be the location which is not quite central, but there are Skytrain and MRT stations within walking distance.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME”

What an amazing place to stay at IT FEELS LIKE I LEFT HOME!!! The staff (Bow, May, John and the wonderful manager Rita) are more like family welcoming you into the hostel and providing you with any information you need as well as organizing events for the whole hostel to take part in such as visiting Lumpini park to watch free Muay Thai fights, heading out to eat together etc. What can I say... I'm extremely disappointed as Kinnon hostel have made every other hostel seem like a complete and utter disaster hahaha. Upon arrival ever guest is greeted With such a warm and welcoming attitude that surpasses any other form of accommodation I have ever stayed at, not only this but the accommodation itself is first rate. I would liken it to a five-star hotel in terms of cleanliness as well as the service provided and the amenities available. They have no issue with you consuming outside food and drinks, however, there is really no point in my opinion as the prices for your typical Thai meals.

The location is just few minutes walk from the nearest Metro Sala Daeng and Silom which are connected to almost everything in the city! The hotel staffs and owner are very friendly. Ask them anything and they will provide. Toiletries are available. Hair dryer is available!! ☺️ You will have your own locker.. They have co-working cafe and TV room which are my favorite! My sister and I stayed in the TV room to eat and relax while watching Netflix after the very tiring day in the city! The place is clean and safe. Very near to Patpong Market. Foods are just simply everywhere!! Kinnon has their own restaurant, try their PadThai! 🤤🤤 It was overall superb! Will definitely book here again! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

kinnon is quite a distance walk from Saladaeng BTS, but bearable. around the area, there are lots of convenient stores, japanese restaurants etc. at night, its kind of scary to walk home because there are a lot of promoters and silom being a pub/bar/clubbing area. the hostel is located in some dark alleyway with massage places/street foods and a big hospital nearby. but you will feel safe at home once you reach the hostel. so far we encountered no problems. the room is spacious, with orange lighting and a window. there is thai tv, a mini fridge, hair dryer and a rack to hang clothes. the bed is kinda hard, but the pillows and blanket were very fluffy. wifi and towels are also provided with a refundable deposit. netflix, books and pc is available on level 1 co-working space. share bathrooms at level 3. free breakfast is provided everyday from 7am (sausages/fried noodles/eggs/rice/orange juice/toast). clean refillable water is also available. theres also a beer bar on level 5 rooftop to just chill. the staff is super kind and friendly; they always chat with us whenever. just keep in mind of the walking distance, other than that facilities and service is excellent.

Clean Property and Nice Staff ”

This was my second stay at the Kinnon Deluxe Hostel. I was impressed with the hostel the first time I stayed, but was even more impressed this stay. When I checked in, the front desk staff welcomed me with a personalized sign. The bed is super comfortable and the entire property is very clean. All of the staff are very nice and friendly.

Excellent facilities and staff ”

This was my second time staying at Kinnon. It's less than a year old and managed pretty well. If you have heavy luggage they have a elevator. Daily continental breakfest is provided (coffee, bread, occasionally fruits and thai food). Showers are clean. Theres a laundry mat next door. Cafe is in the hostel as well. Family Mart and 7/11 around the corner. Besides it being a comforting place, I really enjoyed interacting with the staff. They seem to really enjoy working there and helping out guests. A+ Will stay again.

My first time to stay in a hostel/bunkbed and its a very pleasant first time experience, I definitely do not mind staying here again - value for money, location and cleanliness. There's a cafe at the ground floor, a working space on the second floor and laundry shop next door; everything you need. The staff and the owners are very accommodating and considerate, they allowed me to stay in a separate room as I told them Im coughing and may possibly distract other guests. Ive got a free breakfast (note: different breakfast served daily) and this hostel is very new as a matter of fact I'm one of their first few guest. Thanks, Kinnon!

KINNON HOSTEL, THE BEST HOSTEL TO STAY IN BANGKOK!!!”

Why I say the best hostel to stay in Bangkok? (Btw, we stayed five days there) 1. They have all your essentials as a traveler/backpacker which can now exclude to your baggage/hand-carry while traveling (less weight 😛). They have towels, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer and slippers. They have also flat iron and weighing scale to make sure your baggage does not exceed your allotted baggage. They have also lockers to keep your things safe. They will teach how to use it. 2. Showers have heaters and they have scheduled cleaning activity for rooms and comfort rooms. 3. The place is really instagrammable. See for yourself. 4. They have roof deck also. You can have a beer session there with your friends. Try their Chang (Thailand beer), very satisfying. 5. The receptionists are very kind and accommodating, really. They will also tell you where to go around Bangkok, just ask them questions. 6. They also offers tours if you are not that commute/explore type of person. 7. Travelers in hostel are also friendly. Just do greet them and give them a smile. 8. A 10-minute walk to Sala Deang BTS and Silom MRT. Very accessible to roam around Bangkok. Just make sure to have your Waze or Google Maps to find your destination. 9. Very near to the Super Rich bank. It has the best exchange rate to offer!! 10. The place is surrounded by street foods. 11. The place is very safe during the night. 12. The place is near to a 24-hour supermarket which is the Foodland Supermarket. 13. The place is near to clubs if you want to party (let's go DJ Station 🏳️‍🌈). 14. The place is surrounded by massage and spa (which we didn't try 🥺). 15. The place is very cheap and affordable. PS. If you're gonna book here in Agoda, include the ones with breakfast. You're gonna love it.

Went back here all three times”

Such a nice place. You felt spoiled getting so nice beds and storage for that price. The bad side is that my standards for the rest of the trip were kinda high. Everything else for the same price in other cities wasn't good enough after Kinnon! Lovely staff who invited me in to sing karaoke in the lobby with them. A decent breakfast with more options than most hostels. Great food in their own restaurant. All in all it was the best hostel of my cheaper alternatives during that trip. Close to night markets and even morning grocery markets.

Exceeds my Expectations ”

This hostel is my top choice when I visit Bangkok, mainly because of the staff. They are so personable and easily approachable. The beds are the most comfortable with two pillows and a soft comforter. Everything you need, they have. You want complimentary breakfast, they have it. A restaurant is in the lobby. A bar is on the rooftop. An elevator and a workspace. An outside patio and laundry service. Even complimentary snacks and water. Well done Kinnon staff :) Will definitely return.
