We really enjoyed our stay at Kinross. Everything was great. Nice wine , warm hot tub , cozy and clean room. Just one thing, water pressure for shower wasn't strong enough. But not a big deal !

Three night stay”
We loved our stay at Kinross Cottages. We stayed in Ruins 1 which was the furthest from the Winery but was not a problem . Clean , comfortable and very cosy beds !!..Food in the Bistro was outstanding and after 7 days away travelling around Central Otago , we both agree that our Dinner on the first night in the Bistro was the best . Two comments (but not critisicms)...possibly a Nespresso machine in the cottages rather than instant....also , showcase your wines...put a few bottles in the fridges in the cottages for guests . Charge for those used , but they are a captive audience . Many thanks for a great stay.

Perfect romantic getaway ”
When booking Kinross Cottages, I had no idea it was actually inside a vineyard. What a gorgeous location! We enjoyed hiking up the hill and drinking a bottle of wine on the picnic table set to overlook the vineyard, as we watched the sun set over the mountains. Amazing! Although it's a 25 minute drive from Queenstown, that wouldn't stop me from booking with them again. We loved our stay!

a comfortable and luxurious stay in a vineyard ”
my stay at kinross cottage was simply awesome! the best accommodation I had during my two weeks stay in NZ. the staff are friendly and you could explore the vineyards. it's definitely worth for money as the room was well equipped with the basics. the room was even scented with lavender prior to our arrival. it's a lovely stay with kinross and I will definitely recommend it to my friends!

A Slice of Paradise!”
We stayed one night as a treat for my husband's birthday. We were welcomed by very friendly staff and the gorgeous ducks! We went for a walk through the vineyards and the scenery is spectacular! The Cottage we stayed in is beautiful and the bed the most luxurious we have ever slept in! We had the Chef's Choice three course meal and that was superb. Kinross Cottages are amazing! We loved it, thanks guys, we will be back!

Wonderful 2N stay”
The room is very clean, cozy and tastefully decorated. The king size bed is the most comfortable one, better than my own at home. The 6 ducks were friendly too. They flocked to you once they saw food in your hands. They knew they were for them. The grapes in the vineyard are still very tiny in Dec. Once they are really to be harvested, the stay at Kinross cottage would be more unforgettable. We loved the 2 nights stay.

Our stay at Kinross was one of the most memorable experiences of our lives to date. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived thanks to the very hospitable staff and breathtaking surroundings. Check-in was a pleasure and we found our Cottage perfectly prepared. The Cottage was new, spacious and very functional. We had daily interaction with the managing staff during our 7 day stay and every request (from morning coffees to an additional nights stay) was seen to without any fuss. Shane, Adam and Lizzie are absolute gems. We loved their enthusiasm for their work and their "can do" attitude to life. They were very knowledgeable about the area and we tried to incorporate as many of their suggestions as we could of places to visit and things to do. We found their advice to be invaluable as it allowed us to make the most of our holiday. Kinross proved to be a real privilege and pleasure to visit. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Wonderful retreat from a busy day in QTN”
We initially thought we had made a mistake booking here due to its being 25 mins from the hustle of Queenstown but quickly realised that its location, friendliness and excellent quality furnishings and service were just the tonic for a busy day a short hop away in Queenstown. The properties are very new and we'll appointed, the location is idyllic and peaceful, and masses of outside space for the kids to run around with their newly made mates. 15 mins to beautiful Arrowtown and 3 mins to the excellent Gibbston Tavern. With the on site General Store, we had everything we needed for a hearty beakfast and evening wine taste/sundowner. Top top, and run by the nicest team of helpful friendly folks.

Private Vineyard experience”
Kinross is a gem, with only 12 cottages, in 6 groups of pairs, you get a lot of privacy (our next door was empty during our stay). The complimentary wine tasting session by Florian was amazing, and the dinner that followed was of good quality (dinner charged separately). We purposely reduced our stay at Queenstown to have this experience and it was totally worth it!

We received the warmest Welcome from Shane and Jeremiah who just made our stay so special. Cabin was beyond our expectations. Everything brand new, very spacious and bed was just too comfortable! We loved the kitchen and were able to prepare our meals in the cabin. We really enjoyed the location of Kinross as it was only a 18-20 minute drive into Queenstown. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Perfect spot to venture off to Wanaka, Arrowtown, Glenarchy, etc. We would HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful spot. Looking forward to staying again when we return towards the end of the year!

Vineyard cottage stay”
Wonderful stay! Was actually only booked for a night's stay but we booked another earlier night due to some change in plans and it was a great decision! The host was very friendly and make us feel right at home immediately. Cottage was nicely renovated and gives a very homely environment. Vineyard surrounding us as we took a morning walk and explored the area and took in the beautiful scenery with mountains as backdrops. Wish we stayed longer!

We had the opportunity to stay in Kinross, and it was a great experience. The view was great! Although harvest season was over, the vineyard was still very pretty. Given the chance, we would definitely stay here again!
