My house located on Sri chiangkhan rd. Near Tesco Lotus and opposit soi 13 ,center of Chiang khan town. Chiang khan is a beautiful and quiet city where you can relax. Only 200m. from my house you can walk into walking street and Meakhong river.
This house is a old wooden house 50 years old. Room condition as the old house. We has 2rooms on 2nd floor.
Share rest room toilet and public area.
We do a local restaurant name "Kinsende Kinkhowder" soi13 sometime noisy... and We have cats.
It is one of the most precious area with the peaceful and serene surrounding which suitable for perfect residence. A truly exclusive lifestyle for family who love local living style in peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in Chaingkan.

For your information Maximun in room 3 persons but weight totally not over 180kgs. Extra person 100baht /pax / nt Share relax area and restroom with house owner. Laundry machine 30 bath/time We wake up late and sleep late after midnight. We do a local restaurant. ( kinsende kinkhowder restaurant) We have cats. Our house located on main street sometime noise.

“best value in chiang khan if you dont mind using a shared toilet/shower and can sleep with no A/C”
We stayed for 300 baht for 1 night. Great value and highly recommended. Caveat is no A/C, so its hot during the late morning to evening, which is when we were out exploring anyways. Second caveat is the room on the 2nd floor is quite far away from the toilet/shower which is located near restaurant, 50 meters away in another building, so late night trips to the toilet maybe a hassle. However, the owners were very friendly and English speaking and very helpful. Not only is the couple an Agoda host, but he is a cook and she is a guide! So if you have questions on where to go and what to do, they will suggest and point you in the right direction. The location which is 1 block away from walking street soi 13 is perfect because the room is so far away that when sleeping we didnt hear a voice, a cricket, a motorbike, just blissful silence. If we wanted closer we would have to stay on walking street and that would be loud. 1 block away is a great compromise. great low budget/location option!

“Simple and affordable”
In a town that is becoming more and more fancy, this is an affordable option, who will make you experience an inside in Thai life. The food is amazing, you can use a bike, and the owners nare friendly, gentle and will host as part of their family.

“Simple and welcoming”
In a village that is becoming increasingly fancy, this room is a cheap and simple option. But you will be welcomed as a guest, with respect and cordiality. You can use the bike, and the owners will help you with tips about the sourrindg. The food is delicious. The bathroom is shared, everything is very clean. A good and different way to stay in Chiang Khan.
