Most convenient and comfortable stay of my 12 day journey”
Of all my 12 days through Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara; Tennoji is by far the most comfortable and most convenient. The hostel is situated in a serene location just on the edge of the park where soft and calming music is being played by the cafe next by. The hostel even give you a free ticket to the Haruka 300 where you see the entire city from the skyline. The staffs even remembers me and are willing to help with any question. The facilities like the kitchen are clean and the bed was heavenly. Now truth be told, I'm not an extroverted person and being on my first solo trip did somewhat make me feel out of place but Kintetsu was just perfect for the people like me and I can only assume more so for the others. On the edge of the park are some night/open market at the base of the Tsutenkaku (Hitachi tower), and at the JR station there are a bunch of devilishly delicious and cheap food stall and in the market. Wholeheartedly recommend all the way (I even left a gift for the staff before I left)

Exceptional”
Overall it's decent and very clean. Very convenient location as it's very close to Tennoji Station. Take Exit 16 from the Tennoji METRO station. Free ticket to the Harukas 300 observatory which is very nice for tourists! Friendly staff, and there are cup noodles to purchase and a vending machine for drinks at the hostel for your convenience. Bed is quite comfortable, with closed curtains and your own personal light. Very close to Tennoji station, which is quite a decent location to stay. It's near Tennoji Park and the Zoo, also quite near Mio mall and a department store. However, a few negatives: no bath towels provided, and you have to make your own bed. The price range of this hotel isn't SO cheap to the point that such things cannot be provided.. I have been to guesthouses that cost the same and still provide bath towels and a made bed. Also they don't have their own WIFI; there is a public WIFI to use but you have to re-connect every 60 mins. But overall still had a good stay !

Exceptional”
Stayed for 8 days, it was the perfect place to stay.. located next/on Tennoji park, & directly across Tennoji station, which is a Major station which you can use to travel around Osaka from. Also has alot of shopping malls, & attractions around the area, & just a few stations away from Dotonbori.. Staffs were friendly & great, alot room to move about in the rooms despute being shared, & has alot of toilets & showers to accommodate alot of people staying in the hostel. Overall, I would for sure stay here again if I go to Osaka.

I'm coming to the KIX, after a week at this hostel. I'm really appreciated thw big support from staff, we know they are staff but they act like friends. The room is cool, the place is in the park so you can feel the fresh air at the morning and take relax time at the evening. They have all necessary stuff for your travel, from solo to couple and family. This hostel is close to the Tennoji Station, Mio and Abeno Building so we can easily find whatever you need. From here, I traveled to Namba, Nara, Kyoto, Mie and other famous places like Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi,... I also had a great time gathering with other travellers from Taiwan, China, Korea, South Africa, Holland. They are so friendly. Try to recommend this place to my friends for their next travel to Osaka. Best time for me.

A Hostel Surrounded by Nature ”
If you have more than a few days, then I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s nicely situated in a part of Osaka that is more low-key, yet only a few MRT stops away from Dontunbori. The Osaka Museum of Fine Arts is literally next door as well as Tennoji Park, the city zoo, and Abeno Harukas (Osaka’s tallest building). About a kilometer away is Shinsekai and other popular tourist spots one can enjoy. If there’s a few things this hostel can improve upon, they’re these: spraying a freshener (Febreeze) in the shoe closet (it smells so bad) and providing complimentary towels and q-tips. Other than these 3 things; my stay would’ve been absolutely perfect.

Nice place to Stay”
Nice, clean and worth to stay... near Tennoji Station and Harukas 300. This hostel exceeded more my expectations, places like Osaka still you can find cheap place to stay but with a great value, very clean, and comfortable to stay. It even has free breakfast. You can also come to Harukas 300, the tallest building in Japan for free with their free complimentary pass. Also, they gave us free discount vouchers to be used in the nearby Family Mart with ¥100 discount for every ¥200 purchase. Thumbs up to that great savings. I would surely recommend this hostel and will come back again. The staff are great too.

Super convenient”
I like the very open surroundings (Tennoji Park), very short walk to major rail stations (nearest is JR Tennoji, then Metro subway lines, Kintetsu etc...). There's combini nearby as well as a fresh produce store. Very clean. Free entry pass to Haruka 300. Lots of food and shopping around.

Great location”
Great location! Small hostel located near to Tennoji JR and subway station. Our room comes with terrace facing Tennoji Park. Complimentary simple breakfast is good enough to fill our stomach before we kick off our travel journey. We enjoy the sunset and night view at Harukas 300 with the complimentary entrance ticket from hostel, thank you! The only downside is no bath towel provided to the guests.

Super friendly staff and clean”
I stayed there for 3 nights and i like their hair dryer but i forgot to write down the model, so i decided to inbox them and ask about the model. They replied my message very fast and told me the model but said that i cannot use it in my country because of the voltage difference and even search for few similar hair dryer that i can use in my country! They are super kind, helpful and friendly. And their room and toilet are super clean and new. The location also very near to tennoji station which u can reach with jr train from kansai airport, exit 18. You can use amazing day pass to walk around and most of the sightseeing entrance are free and the surrounding of the hostel also nice and peaceful with people chilling at the park or taking the dogs out for a walk. Also family mart just nearby and you can get buget meals there too! Gonna stay there again for sure!

Wonderful Stay In Osaka!”
The staff are so friendly, place is so clean! Next to the tennoji park, which they even give you discount to shop at family mart! Less than 5 mins away from JR station, easy to get to anywhere, like airport or any JR lines. I even make a visit to the observation deck Haruka 300 with free ticket from hostel! This hostel offers so much for travellers! Highly recommended!

A new hostel located short distance from Tennoji Stn. Able travel to most places in Osaka conveniently. All the facilities are new and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful to suggest places to visit. Books and booklet are available at common area for reference. A good place to stay at Osaka.

opposite of tennoji station with a nice park and Osaka zoo. value for money. very clean and friendly. remember to ask for family mart discount coupon. highly recommended and will be back soon. clean toilet and shower room. comfortable bed with personal safe. nice pantry to have a cup of coffee or tea.

Great Place for stay!”
I really love this hostel since the location is so strategic, its located in the middle f tennoji park, which is very near from the station. The room is quite small but its comfortable as my objective is only looking for place to stay and take a rest. The bathroom facilities also complete, there's pantry on first floor. SUch a homey place ! <3

Location was very easy accessible from the subway station Tennoji Subway and JR Tennoji with the bus that can connect you to Tokyo and vice versa . It was very near to Tennoji Zoo and Shitennoji Temple and 3 stop from Namba Station (Dotonburi). Walking distance from Tennoji Subway. It has 2 family mart nearby and free voucher to Haruka 300 Oberservatory. What more can I ask for? Really a value added service stay in this hostel. 8 Stars
