Clean, far away from hustle & bustle of the city & friendly staff”
I booked this hotel last minute for New Year’s Eve and the facilities are really nice & clean. Staff are also friendly & helpful. Free parking! What I like the most is it is not in the middle of the city but the surrounding still have all the restaurants, convenient stores (even got 7E at the lobby!). It was a really nice stay, totally recommend

I requested room at high floor and good view. Requested a nice room to stay in as I needed to stay 4 days and 3 nights. They really read the request and gave me a big room on the highest floor with a magnificent view of Batu Caves. Totally appreciate KIP hotel staff for the wonderful gesture. Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommended.

Request for extended check out, rm50 till 3pm. Staff very friendly, there is also a restaurant in the hotel with room service. An infinity pool, not too deep not too shallow for kids. Fridge available in room for lvl 11 n 12 rooms, other floors u can request. Sleep like a baby on the bed and very soft pillows. Parking also available in front of hotel and also in the building itself level 2 n 3. Lotus nearby as well.
