Fully furnished, designed and owned by interior designer.
Easy access to City center (3km) and Tan Son Nhat airport (1 km)
24/7 convenient store ( Mini Stop ) in the building .
Cafe, shops, parks, supermarket around.
Smoke detector and sprinkler are in each unit and in all common areas of the building.


The whole flat is for you.But don't bring unbooked people home without asking me first. I have to inform our reception.
You will have The key ( access CARD ) to access the elevator, flat and Pool/ Gym
Our non- smoking apartment is a 80 square meters unit which includes:

.1 kitchen: with cooking utensils, a variety of my own herbal tea blends and few kitchen basics. .

By law i do need to receive a copy of the passport of all the people that will stay in the apartment. This is for safety reasons. You will be responsible for anything that gets damaged, even though it happened because of someone you invited. 4. WE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR PROSTITUTION, DRUGS AND OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES. Any guests caught violating this rule will be reported immediately to the police and asked to leave our premise without any refund. We'll also flag and report to Airbnb as well. 5. WE'RE NOT A HOTEL. So please clean up after yourself and keep our place tidy and clean. All dishes/cutlery/glasses should be washed and put away properly after each use. 7. NO SMOKING!!! NO PARTY ! 8. Please don't forget to lock the doors, close the windows & turn off electricity & AC when you leave the apartment for safety and environmental reasons. 9.Extra charge for bed linens if you're 2 and wish to use separate beds : 7 USD Extra charge for visitor who comes in / out during your stay: 5 USD/ person .Over night 10 USD/ person. Please inform me before bringing more people. By law i do need to receive a copy of the passport of all the people that will stay in the apartment. This is for safety reasons. In all seriousness the apartment is exactly as charming, comfortable and convenient as it is represented on-line. Staying there felt like a mix of being in a hip friend’s home and a comfortable, cool boutique hotel. The location is fantastic with easy access via any form of transportation (including foot) to all areas of HCMC. The street that the flat is located on is so great that I could have spend the entire week just on that block! The charm and great location were further enhanced by Lily. She is a most gracious and thoughtful host. So many details were thought out from being organized and clearly communicative throughout the booking and check-in / check-out process, to providing fantastically curated recommendations of places to eat, etc, to bottled water, coffee and biscuits waiting for us on our arrival. I can’t wait to return to HCMC and when I do I hope this flat will be available

Cửa sổ thì dán giấy chằng chịt che kín, rèm rách, sofa rách, phòng ốc rất chán, đèn ko thể tắt đc, mỗi khi tắt đèn sẽ bị nhấp nháy chứ ko tối, mọi thứ như nc rửa chén, đồ dùng xà phòng đều hết hoặc gần hết. Ko hiểu sao cứ để vậy cho khách thuê đc. Ko rcm cho mọi ng ở đây
