Comfortable staying! Friendly and helpful stuff! We are very happy with tuktuk driver which organized by the hotel.
Hidden place, but worth the money”
this is a good place! not perfect, but bathroom and bedroom is how it should be. it's well worth the money.
forget my breakfast and poor wifi”
everything is good , except that : they forgot my breakfast box. the wifi is so poor that I cannot even get access to wifi in the first and second day (the third day is better)。
Location isn't great. A dark street (dirt), about 200m to main road. Room was on top floor and no elevator. Very peaceful. The Jacuzzi was really nice.
Worth every cent!”
Small lovely place but really clean. I loved the food! Oh and the staff were very helpful as well. Rooms were very clean and I loved the cutie elephant towels!😊 I’d definitely stay in this hotel again.
Print out the location of the hotel in Khmer so they have an idea of where they need to go. It took us about 20 min circling around the same 4 blocks before we found the hotel (riding around in tuk tuks with a group of all girls, at 9 pm is quite nerve racking especially when you don't speak the language). This location used to be a different hotel so simply telling them the name was not sufficient. Most drivers did not know where it was. Other than that, it was clean and inexpensive with good food and drinks!
The staff were beyond great, super nice and going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We were allowed to take a shower in the afternoon of our checkout date, before going to the airport. This was hugely appreciated after having spent the whole day in Angkor Wat. We were also offered to use the swimming pool. As room for improvement, the bathroom was pretty dark and the fridge was off, which meant we couldn't get cold water until the next day.
Love the place”
I've been here twice, and it feels like home. Comfortable, had a great sleep at night. Pool, trees, gardens, fish, spa, you can find any basic things you want in a hotel in here, except a gym. You can have a choice of breakfast in the morning, american or asian. More importantly, the price is reasonable. It is not on the main street, but that is a great place to sleep, you don't want to sleep near the crowd, or do you? ;)
If you to Siem Reap for Angkor, only need good bed for sleeping, that is good choice, it is 7 Km from airport, hotel have picked up services, hotel is 1.5 Km to Lucky Mall, the stuff is very nice, they prepared breakfast when we see sunrise on 4:30Am.
Have good staying, preparing the breakfast when we went to see sunrise on the 4:30Am, the rooftop room have a little bit hot but the air conditioner works well, we have a good rest. We 'll choose again if we to Seim Reap next time.
Awesome hotel. ”
Its not on main road. Around 100 meters in side street. Rest all really fabulous
Okay but disappointing”
The place is not well maintained: the pool had tiles sticking out. We booked 2 rooms with Kiri Residence separately. We arrived late on our first night (almost midnight) but we did advise the hotel upon booking that we would check in late. Upon arrival, we were advised that only one room is available and that the other reservation was overlooked. Given that it was almost midnight, we had no choice but to settle for the available room. The next day, we had our other room available to us after lunch. I didn't ask for a refund nor the manager offered it. Upon check out I was billed for an item (coke) from the refrigerator to my horror! I was on a pescetarian diet and strictly does not consume sodas. I stood my ground and did not pay for it even if they are adamant that I consumed it. Later, the housekeeping said I consumed it but replaced it. I did not agree! It was a stressful conversation!
Sehr schönes kleines Hotel - very cosy hotel”
Really a good place to stay. It is outside town in a quiet area. The bathroom and the bathtube on the balcony!!!!! were just great. The garden with all the flowers and waterplants is fantastic! You can have your meals outside. The people there are lovely and always helpful. Only point is that you have to take a tuctuc to dine out in town or take a longer walk back along a busy street. For me this was no negative point. We loved it.
Clean and friendly staff”
My friends and I stayed there last month for 3days and 2nights. I can say that our stay was fun and its worth every cent that we pay. There were some mishaps before and during our stay but it was well-handled by their manager and staffs. I highly recommend this place!
Find a place closer to Pub Street”
+ Helpful Staff + Clean and Comfortable Rooms + Good Facilities - Bad Wifi - In the middle of nowhere
Beautiful and quaint budget friendly hotel”
Beautiful hotel and accomodating staff. Arrived late on a friday night (10pm) and hotel transfer was included and bery convenient. The front desk arranged for a tuk tuk to take us to pub street for dinner late that evening as well. Tours for the rest of the weekend were conveniently book through the front desk and the breakfast was delicious. One thing to point out is if your hotel provides airport transfer, tell your hotel you would like the same tuk tuk driver for your stay. We didn't realize that it is better to stay with a tuk tuk driver to ensure they have a job for the weekend. Our initial tuk tuk driver never told us this so when he dropped is off at the airport to go home, he asked why we didn't request him for the weekend. Next time we know!
Decent accommodation but less desirable location”
Accommodation was decent but location in a secluded area makes it less known by taxi/moto-taxi. Toilet bowl get blocked easily
WC facility no good”
i feel not comfortable, WC hot water facility that use sensor for control WC electricity but sensor not good alway stop electricily by itself and restuarant have housefly.
The best value hotel”
I couldn't believe that I would really get this excellent room when I got into first. The price was only for an old guesthouse, but what I got was 4~5 stars hotel room. Except the location where you have to go through another 500m of very muddy and dark path from the main road, everything was great. Nice staff, a few options for breakfast. Don't miss out a huge stoned bathtub on the corner of the balcony of your room separated from main toilet. It was beautiful to take a bate outdoor under the sky.
