    “Comfortable and cosy”

We have enjoyed our stay here with comfortable beds and all the amenities that we need. It's a 15 minute walk from the nearest train station and a half hour walk from Shinjuku. We were excited to find cherry blossoms close to the apartment, just by the river. Highly recommended with well thought out use of space. Just don't bring too many big suitcases!

    “I like that it's spacious!”

The Tokyo hotel was so small that I couldn't even open my suitcase, but it was spacious because there was a living room and hallway in between. It was nice that the bedroom, living room, and entrance were separate! It was convenient for moving around since it was near Shinjuku, about a 15-minute walk from the station. I think it's fine if you consider it a walk! I recommend taking a taxi when moving with luggage, haha. The size was great for this price, and the facilities were clean. There was a washing machine, so I did laundry every day, and the heating was air heating, which was dry, but it was fine since I could hang out my laundry. There were two convenience stores nearby, which was convenient. Three people is just right for mixed-gender stays, and if it's only for women, it seems like four would be possible. We stayed for about three days and used the towels by washing them. If you plan to stay longer, keep that in mind~

We appreciate your feedback on our location. While we understand that our location may not be ideal for everyone, we're glad to hear that you enjoyed walking in the neighborhood to and from the nearest station. Yes, we do provide facilities and amenities that will be useful for a short or long stay, so we're glad they made your stay a more enjoyable and comfortable one. We provide a set of towels for each guest during the stay, so please feel free to use the washing machine in the apartment to keep them clean! We look forward to welcoming you back in the future!

    “Nice Rental Apartment”

It is a nice serviced apartment. The whole place is neat and clean, with complete appliances, cook wares, dining wares, towels & toiletries for daily living. Beds are comfortable enough. But location is a bit far from the shopping and dining areas. Also, the place is small for 3 persons, space was too tight that we had difficulty finding a space to put our luggages.

    “Anyway, it's cheap!”

We stayed as a group and overall it was a good hotel. There was no bothersome noise, and despite the exterior looking old, the interior was clean. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, but considering the cost-performance is top-class compared to other hotels we've stayed at, it's a minor issue. There are differences from a standard hotel, such as choosing your own laundry and checking in based on information sent by the hotel, which might be a bit confusing. However, using the dedicated washing machine and the check-in process isn't too complex compared to regular hotels. Overall, it had good cost-performance, and the service was on par with standard hotels, making it a good hotel.

“The cleanliness of the room is unimaginable from its appearance.”

It was a tall building hidden in a quiet residential area, and I almost got confused about which building it was, but I noticed the hotel name posted clearly, which helped me recognize it. Good points: - Although the exterior is somewhat aged, the entrance has an auto-lock, and the inside appears to be clean, with a comfortable atmosphere that has a hint of liveliness. - There is a large TV, a big bed, a sofa bed, a table for four with some snacks, and a small air purifier (with heating and humidifying features), which were all appreciated. - The kitchen area is also clean, and there are no issues with the dishware; having a microwave and electric kettle was very helpful. - The bathroom is very clean. - Overall, the cleanliness and amenities like towels are wonderful. A few minor drawbacks: - The cushions on the bed show some wear. - The sofa bed is a bit stiff. - The walls are thin, so both neighbors should be mindful of voice volume and TV sound. - The layout of the bedroom. We used it as a group of six, with three staying overnight, and even with six people, we didn't feel particularly cramped; there was a slight sense of tightness, but that's to be expected when accommodating six people. They responded quickly to changes in the number of guests, and the price was reasonable, which was very helpful. I definitely want to use it again.
