Well-equipped rooms at an affordable price”
Price, facilities and location
I checked in pretty late and the manager was already asleep but the owner came down to settle the checking in. Rooms were very well-equipped. Microwave, hot water kettle, cable TV, and a small kitchenette. The only complaint was that the pillows were rather hard and I had a backache in the morning.

quiet and comfortable”
quiet, clean and comfortable
If you're not a local and have never been to Chiang Rai before i would say it's quite hard to find. The guesthouse is nearby a local university. Quiet and clean in a quite budget price. I stayed there for a night and it was comfortable.

Backpacker type hotel and you need a vehicle”
clean room , friendly staff nothung else
I will not return to this hotel unless I am desperate. It is not recommended if you do not have a vehicle. It is located on a small road near the University and taxis are not available.

Great value and very helpful staff”
Owner and staff, quiet area
We made our booking for a day earlier than we arrived - no problem, they just extended it for another day. The owner's came and met us and had a drink with us. Very friendly and helpful. Only minor hassle is the cost of a taxi from the city. About 100baht.

Great accomodation, low price”
The rooms have everything you need
The Geusthouse is new and every room has a lot of comfort for a very fair price. Environment is also very nice to bike or whatever. Only it's far from ching Rai center and so making it expensive to go there every day. The owner, Peter speaks english aswell as his wife.

Lovely guest house and friendly service.”
Very new and clean. Spacious and good facilities. Very quiet but close to restaurants.
Very nice stay here. Rooms are very new and spotless. Everything works. Very friendly staff and helpful. Nice location close to restaurants, lake, gardens and university. Good signage from the main road to find the place.
