Jai is very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions or concerns, she will be there for you. Will definitely stay there again when I'm in Ranong. And the food her sister cooks is extremely delicious.

For many years now I am always looking forward to get back to Kiwi and to meet Jai and her family helped me so much ! Getting around by bike of motorbike, finding the right shops in town, getting a driver / taxi / car, giving good advice for trips out on the island. But also communicating by mail while I was still organizing my trips, Receiving and sending parcels for me, while I was going around Thailand ... and the most important: offering a gorgeous smile and welcome, any time you meet her !

Absolutely fine for one night”
I only stayed here one night on my way to Myanmar. The guesthouse is right next to the bus station which was the reason I chose it. It’s a family run place with own restaurant and the owner is super nice and helpful. You can book tickets and transfers. Food was ok, portions were huge. Unfortunately there isn’t really something interesting around. For a night ok. Rooms are very basic with only a small window.

All in one”
The location is very convenient and it's just minutes away from the bus terminal.Good place to stay if you are arriving by bus and it's too late to connect on to the islands.The lady owner is able to provide bookings for ferry/bus for your onward travelling.The room is basic but that's what you need to stay for a night.Theres 7eleven outside the main road and a few cafes nearby.If you have more time to spare ,go to the hot spring and big market.

Confusing and not very clean ”
I booked a night online with this place because it's close to the bus stop. When we checked in the staff insisted that I pay cash for the room. I had already paid on agoda but they kept saying that they never got the money. I checked my bank statement and at that time I hadn't been charged. So what they were saying makes sense but very unsettling to be asked to pay again for something you think you paid for already. I wouldn't stay at this place again. The room was acceptable but lots of bugs and no mosquito net. The shared bathrooms we barely acceptable. I avoided using it. For a rough around the edges backpacker it's ok for a night or two but if you're used to a little higher level of accommodation you will probably be dissapointed

Bedbugs!!!”
The only thing I write this little review is to warn you: I couldn't sleep the whole night because of the disgusting bugs I found in my bed. It was already too late to change the location, I decided to sit on the chair the whole night instead of lying on that bed... Please choose another hostel!

A place where you feel like being a cash dispenser”
The place would be alright in itself without the people who runs it... But as soon as you arrive, they try to sell you overpriced tour and are even disagreable when you say you don't need any : "don't waste my time" is what they told me when i declined the offer of choosing a tour !

Female solo traveler felt safe & happy”
I arrived at 6:30 pm in Ranong via bus from koh Lanta and this hostel was exactly 7 min walk from the Ranong bus station. So easy to get to! The owner was kind, quickly checked me in, and helped to arrange a taxi pick up/slow boat ride for Koh Phayam in the morning. She also provided helpful info for visa runs. The breakfast at the restaurant down stairs had a great fruit & yogurt bowl.

Lovely ladies run this hotel , take good care of the every need og the guests, transportation and serve excellent food for good price! The hotel is right next to the bus station , 15 min walk to hot springs and 5 min walk to the night market

We loved the employees but the rooms are not good. The beds felt wet and not that clean. If you want to stay only one night. You can do it. But it isnt confortabel.

Vraiment cher, sans eau chaude ni climatisation (bcp d'humidité). Propriétaire agressive qui prétend faire des grosses faveurs pour des broutilles tout à fait normales (laisser un sac par exemple). Malhonnête : vend 300THB le passage de frontière au Myanmar, alors qu'il n'y a qu'un bateau à prendre (50THB pour les locaux, négociables à 100 sans pb) et seulement 5km de marché. Au pire le songteo est à 20THB. Merci madame d'argumenter tant que vous pouvez...
