A SuperB Services Suites and Pleasure stay”
It's an awesome stay in KK Marina Court Resort Vacation Condos, the condo is quite big and we are staying with 6 pax, having all the accessories and they are also provided kitchen for cooking. The rooms are quite cleanliness, but the toilet might need to get a little big improvements. They also provided one free parking for us to park in the basement, extra parking also available but charges is apply.

This is my 3rd time staying at Marina Court Condo in KK. But this unit is the best and perfect one with cheap price. Very clean, very much complete facilities and very easy to deal with the agent/owner. Good job Miss Sheera & team and thank you for the good unit and service given to us. Clean, comfortable. KK Marina Courts Resort Condos provided every single facilities that you could have asked for in a condo which include washing machine, hair dryer, fringe and even cooking facilities. Very convenient and highly recommended for family outing.

A place to stay in KK CITY ”
We booked it for a few days stay for me and my friends. First of all, the management really cannot expect us to remember to "ask" for the WiFi port considering that it is the Management who prepared the paperwork regarding the WiFi facilities. As a customer, this should not be expected of us to remember. The rooms it self is not bad unfortunately due to having gotten through quite a number of renters before we did, the condition of the furnitures in rooms were not exactly in their best conditions. The air conditioning in the master and 2nd bed room were a bit weak my friends were complaining about how hot it was at times. As for the toilet and the kitchen, the toilet with the tub, the stopper went missing so can't really utilize them. Not only that the shower head holder for the same toilet broke off even before we used the toilet. There weren't enough floor mats in both of the toilet and also the kitchen. To be completely honest, I understand that for the money that we're paying for, we can't expect industrial grade kitchenware. Nevertheless, it is not an excuse for an almost rusty wok and an almost empty match. However, the overall stay was what the money is worth. I'm not saying that you should not stay here but if you have 4-6pax and wanted something cheap and close to the city, Marina Court should be something you'd consider.

Comfortable Apartment, easy check-in and check-out”
Check-in and check-out is easy. Have nice big swimming pool, it is in the same building as the apartment. Our apartment is in block D, so its have the large swimming pool. Shopping complex are near to this apartment. It has secure parking lot(for traveler with cars) and entrance to apartment use card(they gave two cards). Apartment is like ordinary homes, have kitchen, dining room and living room. They have washing machine. Nice comfy bedroom. Have WiFi and Astro Tv service. Overall, nice KK stays. Advice: Travelers please buy Malaysian mobile service(Digi, maxis etc) for easy communication. Communication with owner is important, inform your arrival in advanced to owner for easy check-in, any inquiry just communicate with owner at the number given on voucher.

perfect location. even though the whole complex is quite old and need some renovation and fixing but still I'm really satisfied with staying here at Marina court. friendly staffs were willing to help me whenever I needed. if you are super picky with cleaness, I'll recommend you other places.

Great location”
The KK Marina Court is well located on the waterfront. Two things let it down though: 1. Access to the reception office, located on the fifth floor of Block B, was via a swipe card which they don't give you. You have to wait outside for somebody departing the building to let you in. 2. Tea, coffee and sugar was provided but no kettle to boil the water. Interesting concept.

Great location ”
I stayed in Block B flat for 4 days from 29 Dec to 2 Jan 2015. It has a great location, and has a partial sea view because the newly-built shopping mall oppoiste of this KK Marina Court complex blocks view. But check-in service, room condition and house keeping were not good. I had to wait for the key deliverer for an hour at the main gate. There could be no good communication among staffs. The rooms were not well maintained during the rainy season. So when I entered in, there were smells of fungus. We had to request air freshers. And the house keeping service was also disappointing. The first day they did not change the used towels. When we complained about this, they said house keeping staffs change used towels which are put on the dining table only so we should put used towels on the dining table. But one day they still didn't change the towels even though we put them on the dining table.

nice location for shopping and sunset”
My stay in KK Marina Court Resort is unforgettable lousy stay (5 days 4 nights) as hassle during check in as the admin office is at another building and I can not access to the admin office with the access card, need to wait for someone to open the door. When checked in the apartment, so happy that the rooms are spacing with 2 toilets. But disappointment hit us straight away one of the air conditioning system in one of the room not working, water heater at the master bed room damaged, no electrical kettle for boiling hot water, ironing board damaged, NO ASTRO channels, and local TV channels image very snowy. After complaint to the admin office, they said that the maintenance already left the building (as that time was around 7pm) can only come tomorrow. Till the end of our stay, the ASTRO still can not fix. Overall experience the whole family and myself not happy with the facilities provided by the Service Apartment Management. They should makesure all items in the apartment functioning before letting the customer stay in. Thank you.

Unhelpful staff and bad service”
my comment is going to be purely for KK Court Resort Vacation Condos & Holiday Services Suites D-10-4. Checked in late close to 1am. The lady at the counter doesn't seems to be interested in entertaining us. As we got in, turn all of the aircon n the room with 3 single bed wasnt cold. so does the aircon in the living room. its already around 3am then we r ready to sleep. aircon not cold at all. so we have to move all the mattress to the other 2 rooms and share the room. The next morning, i made my complaint. My complaints were recorded and told me that it will be fix. Came back to the hotel at 3pm, still nothing fixed! they said they hv called me but it nvr happened. many excuses. not forgetting there were no house keeping.later they came and fix. by 6 still no housekeeping until i sent a nasty msg then they sent up towels n water. really bad service! i will not use stay here anymore or recommend anyonr to stay here

Unsatisfactory service provided”
The stay at this kk marina court was not very pleasent. On the first day of arrival we were not entertained very well by the reception. They keep on busy entertaining other customer while they supposed to help us settle our room. We have contacted them a day earlier before our check in date and we even advised them to upgrade our room however upon arrival our request was managed properly. We only get our pent house room after almost 1 and half hour. The room provided were not well maintained. The air conditioned not working for our room and the maintainence only available next morning. The refrigerator is not working even we made a complaint to the staff cum reception (Andie) The sink for the kitchen is block. We made a complained only available the next day. The auto access door only given 1 set where as we are coming with 3 family. It is very inconvinence for us to go in and out of the building. The parking lot is not provided properly we even paid the additional parking lot area and it was used by other customer. Overall our stay at this resort is not satisfied and is NOT worth what we paid especilly the service, room and facilities provided not to the expected required. We would not recommend to our family and friend to stay at this placed. The complained only entertained after several calls being made we even request to talk to the owner of the condo however the staff refused to give us.

Love the attentive staff and the strategically located apartment. We rented a 3-bedroom apartment but only realized that there is only one parking so we ended up parking outside of the apartment. thankfully there is no summons. Overall, I would recommend this apartment to my friends because it is affordable, clean and suitable for family vacation.

Terrible stay at KK Marina Court Resort”
The KK Marina Court Resort Vacation Condos and Holiday Services Suites consisted of hundreds of privately owned apartments of varing quality. The first one we stayed in on our arrival in December was really good and worth the money. This one we stayed in was not. It was filty, tiles were falling off, the shower was falling off. The floor was dirty. The deco was uselessly antique and tasteless. The bath was filthy. Wonder if we should step inside or not. Anyway, for one night we tolerated it but glad to leave the apartment the next morning. I don't recommend anyone to stay in that apartment. The first one we stay in yes, worth the money, This one not really.

We stay in 3 rooms condo. This hotel quite clean, and surround got some restaurant within walking distance, drive to the walking street, took about 10 min drive. You may try the restaurant next to the condo, food not bad, but price slightly expensive.

Good place for family or group of friends”
I rented a 3 bed room apartment but unfortunately only 1 parking lot available for each apartment. so 2 of our car need to park outside of the apartment. Wifi was out of quota but staff is very attentive to solve the problem. Overall, I would come again and stay this aprtment because it is affordable and suitable for family or group of friends vacation.

What you saw wasn't what you got.”
Honestly speaking, I'm quite disappointed with what I got which was not similar at all with the advertised photos in the Agoda. The condo was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful. The door lock for every bedroom and bathroom is not being repaired. My mother had to locked her bedroom when she took shower since the bathroom lock is not function. The kitchen was not being cleaned properly since I could see few drops of curry on the kitchen stove. I'm glad that the owner provided the broom, mop & bucket for my own housekeeping. My worst nightmare was when my family and I spent almost 1 hour to get a parking and that time we were so hungry. The condo staff marked where we are supposed to park our car but then that parking space is already occupied with other vehicle which they also assigned to park at the same location. Then, we are assigned to park at another parking space and it wasn't end there since the next day an unknown car is parked at our parking space. We have to call the security and us them to take action. Finally, we have to park at the visitor place. Therefore, I am strongly suggest the owner to properly assigned which car park at which location since we were wasting so much time just for car park!! Other than that, all is ok.

No Contact on Booking form to call when reaching ”
This is an external operator to run booking operation, but not by Marina Court Resort Condo Mgt. (We didn't aware running in this way when we make booking) No reception upon check-in. Big issue is No Contact Number on booking voucher to call when we reached the condo. Just through luck, we have asked some other operators sitting downstairs to get the number to reach this operator. A big group of us with old folks carried luggages walking block by block to look for them. Agoda should insists contact number for whom has advertise their listing. Another issue, this operator does not provide housekeeping, even toilet roll must request day by day. Flooring are dirty as we have stayed for 5 days.
