KL City Bungalow POOL Homestay

Additional House Rules: 1. No music, No speaker at the garden area/car porch area/outside the house. (Once found, will ask to leave the homestay) 2. No yelling, No shouting! (Once found, will ask to leave the homestay) 3. When Karaoke is on, must close all the windows and doors. General:- 1. Cancellation are not refundable, can exchange date within 6 months. 2. Host will collect security deposit of RM1000 when guests check-in. If nothing damage/lost in the house, will refund when guests check-out. 3. Strictly NOT ALLOW TO SMOKE inside the house/rooms, security deposit of RM500 will be forfeited. 4. No shoes and pets allowed inside the house, once found Fine RM250. 5. Please park your car accordingly in order not to interrupt traffic flow within the neighborhood. 6. Do not set off fireworks inside or outside the house and public areas. 7. Do not move any furniture especially sofas/tables/beds which may damage the parquet floor and floor tiles. Once the floor is scratched, the polishing/replacement fee will be charged to the guests. 8. Any illegal behavior is prohibited in the homestay; all responsibilities are on the guests. 9. Late check-out (after 11:30am), security deposit of RM500 will be forfeited. 10. Please take a video of the house condition when checking out. If there is no check-out video and we found out any damage in the house, we will ask for compensation. 11. We have the right to move your belongings after 11:30am when cleaner start their cleaning work. We will not be responsible for any loss. Hygiene:- 1. Please keep the homestay clean. Garbage bags and cleaning tools are provided. Garbage needs to be properly disposed of in dustbin or garbage bags. Host will charge an additional fee of RM250 for special cleaning (vomit/defecation/food scattered over the homestay/glass shards/decoration sticker, balloon, deco pop and etc). 2. Party decorations must be decorated in the place designated by the host. If there are decorative stickers/cream/bubble spray sticks on the walls, guests need to pay for the new wall painting. Guests are required to remove all decorations before checking out, and a fine of RM250 will be fined for decoration cleaning. 3. Please keep sharp objects away from the swimming pool, such as glass or anything that may pose a danger to guests. Do not throw anything (balloons/food/bottles/contaminants) into the swimming pool, as this may cause injury to other guests and contaminate the swimming pool. There is a charges for swimming pool cleaning. Sounds:- 1. Karaoke system is for our guests to enjoy, but please remember to reduce the noise after 10:30 pm. Homestay is not allowed to use the guest’s own sound system and hire a DJ. 2. Please do not make any noise after 10:30pm to respect our neighbors. All activities must be moved into the house and make sure doors and windows are closed. 3. Once the neighbor complains about noise twice, we have the right to ask the guest to leave the homestay without refund. *(Sorry for any inconvenience) * C-homestay deserve the right to break the contract and stop providing services to guests if they are in violation of this house rules or if they disturb other visitors with their behavior. Please use the premises that are at your disposal, equipment, and inventory carefully as a good guest.
