Had to get a room on short notice and KL Homez was available. It is actually an apartment within blocks of apartments. The Scott Garden look dark and sleazy at night. But ended up as an uneventful stay though.

Good if u just stay within complex”
Condo resort living. Peaceful n quiet. Not too far from mid valley. Check in need call the contact no as there is no check in counter. Meet at Starbucks. Bed is dusty and had hair all over. Pls improve on it. Otherwise u have everything u need at home. Washing machine etc. Pool n gym is good. Plenty of eating places and pubs.

Good in overall. Good view and spacious accommodation for a group of 8 peoples. Big guest room and many basic amenities were provided. Just a few steps away from lobby you could find Tesco hypermarket for your groceries needs. However there are some points I would like to suggest for better guest comfort 1. Pillow is not up to hotel standard. It is not as soft as what normally 3-4 stars hotel provided. 2. Shower unit is not warm enough when tap is max out. Other than this it is pretty good and worth the money. Also suitable for 2 pairs of couple given the room config.

The homely apartment”
The Good: For the price for a big apartment is totally worth it! Very comfortable place with kitchen - with cutleries, microwave , induction cooker and they even provide pots! I'll say, really a homely place. There's 1 queen size bed, 2 single beds in the bedroom. There's also iron + iron board. Is basically what you need from a house, they have it! The bad: Do remember to contact the in-charge earlier (as mentioned on their policy - 1 day in advance) to arrange your check-in. Hassle experience we gained - 4 hours before we wanted to check in. we were unable to contact anyone from the contact provided. During the check in, there were many miscommunication and hassles which caused us almost an hour just to get into our apartment... Overall, worth the stay and definitely will consider KL suite for my future longer stay.

It is a good stay and good deal for such a big space with 2 toilet and a kitchenette complete with cooking utensils. However, it's quite far to my parking area, compared to some no frills budget hotel, my advice: travel light :)

Great pool and nice views”
Staffs are helpful with check-in and check-out. Pool was great, and views to KLCC. Room was a duplex with plenty of room, kitchen was well equipped. Recommend to anyone who likes to visit KL, and experience the place as a local. Plenty of street food outside and in Kuchai Lama.

Most likely their modern design and furnishing ,well maintain very clean and comfortable , high speed wifi provided which can satisfied my needs of my job which require large data , and even i had book a standard soho room surprisingly they upgrade me to 1 bedroom penthouse with large balcony , a massive Tesco at the basement and many surrounding restaurants, bars, clubs and night life activities , definitely will come back to this hotel again .

had a great and comfortable stay. and had private parking for my car which i think is very safe. great location with place to eat, shopping and drinkings at night. room was very clean and design was nice with wifi and its very big. feels like home. there is also swimming pool and gym too. owner of the room is very friendly and easy to talk with. overall i would sure go back to stay if im traveling there again.

Affordable stay”
We stayed at the two floor apartment, with the bedroom at the upper level. As our apartment is at the top floor, we are able to view the city and surronding. Pleasant stay and children liked the spacious living room space. However the bathroom at the upper floor was designed with see through glass panel and unsuitable for private use, especially when there are children around. It would be better if there is a bathroom curtain but there isn't. The apartment is in one the blocks which is also located above to many nightlife outlets. There is a hypermarket though at the basement level. Overall Ok to stay at the place.

A good stay”
I only managed to call the host the same morning before I check in at 4 pm and he is ok about it. We need to put RM200 as a deposit in cash which will be returned after we check out. Host sent their helper to lead us to the parking lot and open the house to show us around. Although she doesn't speak English, we manage to understand her through sign language. The tiles in the living room have permanent stains but it didn't bother us as the house overall is quite clean and everything is working well except 1 out of the 2 Aircons in the living room is spoilt. The beds are clean and comfortable, the heaters are working. The toilets are clean but there is no lock on the toilet door upstairs though. The sofas are leather and look new. There is a swimming pool at level 5 of the building but we didn't get to use it due to time constraint. There are family mart and quite a few nightclubs downstairs but being on the 20th floor, it was not noisy. Overall a very good stay for a big family of 7.

Great apartment!”
We stayed in a studio duplex. Apartment was great for us as a couple. Very spacious, that could easily fit 5 people comfortably with two toilets/showers. Kitchen was fully equiped except that pehaps an extra or two pots/pans would be useful. TV, unifi, were excellent. My only complaint was that there were lots of baby roaches in the kitchen area, especially on the countertop and cooking area. If owner is able to solve this problem, i would say this place is definitely a must pick!

Nice Place... definitely not a hotel”
First off, we were actually fairly surprised at the amount of space provided: two rooms rather than the one we were expecting and four beds (though as noted, two are floor mattresses in the loft). The views were nice and having the kitchen made it very convenient. Our kids enjoyed the playground and the pool area thoroughly. I was actually expecting more of a *hotel* rather than a homestay.... If I had booked the place on AirBnB, then my expectations would have been met, but booking on Agoda, I usually expect more of a professional establishment. On arrival, we had to park alongside the valet parking for the mall and wait to meet the owners for them to give us the parking pass. We were then shown a suite that smelled badly of smoke and upon complaining, the owner said, "this is a non-smoking place". Fortunately, they showed us another suite that didn't smell of smoke. We were given one key card and a combination lock to secure the outer gate when we left... given the security of the building, it didn't bother me *too* much, but someone with a long broom handle could have opened the door to the suite while we were gone. The kitchen was nice and the aircons were cool, but there were only three chairs in the place, so we had to bring the two deck chair in for our children to sit on. Downstairs is a well-appointed Tesco: no need to go any further for basic grocery shopping and they had a sufficient food court. There were a *lot* of clubs in the same building, so it was fairly noisy. We didn't walk around too much at night, so I can't say how unsafe it gets after, say, 10:00pm. There are also several mini-marts available for some quick purchases. Now, everything went fairly well until checkout time... upon going downstairs to move our car out of the parking spot, we realized that we had parked in the wrong place... and our car had been clamped. Oops. I walked over to tell the owner and asked whether she would be willing to talk to the parking garage or whe

slip slop check in and out”
My first time booking a apartment rather than a hotel. Quite a bad experience. Firstly, we need to call 1 day in advance to inform them of our check-in. Luckily it is only in KL - imagine the oversea call charges. Secondly, the girl who did the check-in in a slip slop manner. just meet us at the road side. Dun even bother to bring us up to the apartment to explain usage of electrical appliances etc. We have a hard time opening the gate and also In the end, we did not even watch any tv programe due to bad reception and we do not know what to on as there are numerous device boxes. Thirdly, the flooring is horrid - uneven and may cut into your feet. Lastly, when we call her to do check out - she just woke up and initially asked us just check out ourselves without any checking etc. Upon our refusal, she get the cleaner to do check out for us. And the deposit was electronically transfer/return to our driver bank account.
