We enjoyed our 4days 3night at this serviced suite because it's at the centre of the city, walking distance to Pavillion and Bukit Bintang. Nice place to accommodate family and group of friends who prefer to bond and stay under one roof!
The only problem was the clogged drain in one of the bathrooms but overall, the place was very spacious, modern with a nice view of the city! Apple and Diana were very sweet and accomodating. Walking distance from KLCC and Petronas.
Great location! ”
The suites was amazing! A pity ours was at block B therefore the view wasn't towards KLCC, but my friends & I was amazed by the view. We went during weekday + peak hour - therefore there was a huge jam before going in to the apartment's car park. check in was efficient. Security guard passes us our keys. Room was clean. Just that there wasn't any coffee/milo provided. Highly recommended - but check in before peak hour start to avoid the jam!
Too expensive not value for money”
Compare to the price I book with A**b*b with the same type of unit and same location RM200 per night only but this unit is about RM350 per night. The facility at this unit is not in good condition, toilet bowl is not fixed to the floor you can fill the bowl is not stable. Hose next to toilet bowl is leaking. Not value for money with the facility not in good condition.
Beautiful & spacious luxury condo suitable for traveller with family. ”
Good things : Spacious, Good facilities (i love the dryer) Clean & Very strategic location. Bad things : Clogged sink & Wifi & Tvs connection interruption repeatly occurs during our stay. Overall, good service but still need much improvement on customer service in the future.
Dont come if after office hours”
Arriving late at night here was a mistake. had to make my own way, take key card from another block, (had to wait for a tenant at that block to enter, and sneak in life a thief), return to actual block which is located round the back of building. luckily, some tenants were very helpful in letting us in. Parking was a whopping RM24 for less than 2 hours before midnight and whole half day on check out day. Worst part, my little daughter was excited to spend time at the swimming pool, but key-card was not authorized to enter swimming pool level. upon enquiry, its gonna cost me RM50 for a dip at the swimming pool. Location wise, thats the main reason i chose it since its only walking distance to the twin towers.
Its a nice apartment but ...”
Overall it is a nice place to stay and with 40$ pernight, who cant resist 3 bedrooms apartment in the heart of KLCC. The place is nice and they got a high speed wifi. Also kitchen and washing machine really helpful atm. The prob is when i arrive, i need to do some "the Amazing Race" moment to get the access card and to enter the room. Also the security is not that nice. Even they dont want to let us use the toilet while we waiting the key. Also we cant use the swimming pool and gym atm and need to pay 50 RM for a visit. But the owner is kinda responsive. Overall its an ok place to stay.
Pros: The unit I booked was a spacious 2-room suite, which is honestly, too big for me travelling alone on a business trip. It is located just a short 10-minute walk away from the KL Convention Centre where the conference I was attending, was held. Cons: This being a SOHO, does not have the luxury of the usual hotel check-in facility. My unit is located in the furthest of the two blocks of building and there was no way for me to get through to the main door of that building as I did not have the access card (which is required for entry) when I arrived (the access card is left by the unit operator in the letter box which is located INSIDE of that building!). After much hassling the security guard in charge, he relented and finally allowed me in the main door. Again, this being a SOHO, there is no place for you to leave your luggage after checking out. This means that if you, like me, who is attending a conference which ends late in the day, will have to lug your luggage with you wherever you go, which can be quite a hassle.
Great Place for Family”
The whole apartment is clean and properly managed. Towels are provided with wifi available as well. Sink in the bathroom was found clogged and the hassle to get the access card to enter the apartment. Overall it was good and comfortable
It is not Hotel!”
First of all, Agoda should mention this is not a hotel! More like a Airbnb / homestay... I never meet the owner, so im not sure she is friendly or not... all i know is i was given guide by sms. had a little problem when try to go to the lettle box area to get the car key... Free carpark is not given... try to go in visitor parking but ticketing system not functioning... struggling to find a space for my car all the information was given last minute... worst homestay i have...
The staff was really nice and Diana came on time to meet us. The apartment was great and clean. There wasnt any basic toiletries provided, only towels, soap and shampoo even though I had asked if there will be toothbrush and toothpaste etc. But the owner has sincerely apologise for overlooking that part. The facilities such as swimming pool and gym has to be paid (in all fairness they did not mention that it was included). But there are so many facilities that this place has such as a mini cafe, a laundrette and the others i mentioned earlier so that was kind of neat if we did not want to leave the apartment vacinity. It's also located near klcc (10 to 15mins walking distance), 5mins walk to 7 eleven and 7mins walk to the nearest restaurant and pub. Overall quite convieniece (:
Staff's Attitude and Terrible Cleanliness ”
.We waited for the owner assistant to arrive for almost 2 hours as she kept on informing us will arrived earlier but ended up late. After we had checked in, the bedroom has a strong odour and the pillows smells terrible and did not change their comforter and even bedsheets !!! There were many used and opened water bottles which were not cleaned up before we checked in!!! The facilities that was mentioned was unable to use and required to pay RM50 for using !!! Location is prime but cleanliness is terrible do consider before booking.
never want to book this hotel again!”
Worst hotel i've ever stayed in my life! Make sure you bring your own bath towels(they provide bath towels but very very old ones, torn and with lots of holes and dirty which look like never wash after the last guest and left it there for the next guest), No toilet paper, No toothbrush & tooth paste, No shower gel & shampoo, this hotel don't provide any room service and what other hotels normally provide, so nobody change bath towels, nobody make rooms, nobody clear your rubbish, nobody help you to check in & out, you need to call and wait very long for someone to come to you when you reached the hotel, they just come to pass you your room key card, but they won't tell you where your room is, so you need to find your own way to your room, bedsheets look very dirty and doesnt look like they change the bedsheets after the last guest, pillows very old, dirty and lumpy too, the experience at this hotel was very unpleasant and horrible, i had rashes all over my face and a swollen eye due to their dirty bedsheets and pillow after i stayed for the 1st night, will never want to stay here ever again in my life!
THE WORSE PLACE EVER MY FAMILY VISITED!!!”
1. Rude security! A nepal/bangla entertain us like rubbish! 2. Agent didn't give a full information of our parking, how to open the door, where and how. Hell no! Till we parked at the wrong place and got clamped?!! Fine RM100 to released the clamp. Such a stupid place! 3. No signage at all, we got confused and lost in the car park area for an hour. No exit signage, no signage to differentiate of the office tower and residence tower. 4. Totally will not suggesting to anyone as this is my worst experience. As i am a booker and so shame in front of my family. Our door locked and need to wait at the corridor for an hour. Pity my lik sister age 5 eating porridge at the corridor while waiting for an agent coming and teach us how to open the door lock. She said she is far from soho and ask us to wait? Hellooo... there is no one in soho can help us at all! 5. This is so dangerous if there is commit suicide or anything because this tower build up without management. It's all handled by an agents
+ there are so many facilities here (washing machine, microwave, electric stove, LED tv, dvd, refrigerator, etc) + the view, you can see twin towers from your room (37th floor) + clean + they have 2 extra beds + comfort bed
Stayed for 3D2N with family and young children. Late check in and check out was hassle free. Clean apartment. No disturbance. Everything was neat. Location is centralised, near to KLCC and Pavilion. Would return again and recommend to others for stay.
Great location and value for $, but you need a local phone first before check in”
As mentioned in topic, Great location and value for $. But you need a local phone first before check in as when we arrive the building, there are no reception and luckily the security guard downstairs lend us a phone to call the suite and then they refer us to call another lady to wait somewhere on street to get the room key. Other than this, everything is great
A perfect place for a short holiday in the city”
View was fantastic especially at nite. Strategically located. Just within walking distance to Pavilion, KLCC malls and the park. The 2 bedroom apartment was suitable for a pax of 5 with extra mattress provided. However there is room for future improvement eg day light curtain for more privacy and a power point in the kitchen for water kettle. Definitely will come back in future
Near KLCC n night market. It’s a great price to pay for such ideal location
Value for money”
So close to KLCC yet the price is reasonable. Have already booked this place for my next trip
