Not properly guided during check out”
The check in was ok, because there were people on standby but no number was given for contact. I tried to contact property earlier to ask for guidance on how to check in but it was not answered. Parking is quite tricky as you will need to pay rm15 per entry and you will need to exchange the parking ticket at the concierge to exit. I was not aware concierge operating hours were 8am-9.30pm, I had to go out at 7am. Not many of them know what to do but I managed to find a guard who guided me. Took me 30 mins finding out how to do it (with young kids at 7am!) Check out was also horrible because I can’t find anyone to check out. My deposit was with them. There were no numbers on the receipt or in the premise or anywhere. Finally found the person in charge at 12pm and I said what if I was planning to check out at 10? Basically I was with my kids running up and down with luggage and managing them. Check in and check out could have been smoother if more information was provided. In this case it was pretty disappointing. However property is very gorgeous and I managed to use the pool facilities. Having connected to bangsar LRT is also a plus point.
Lots of space, low price, modern living”
We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bdr and 1 night in a studio. The 2 bdr was perfect to give our 1 year old her own room. Both had a full kitchen and big fridge. Workout facility and pool were clean and well appointed. Access to lrt was easy. Botanica + Co was delicious below!
1.)There is no checking of condition/facilities of unit before guests check-in 2.)Toilet is very smelly due to blockage observed once we checked-in.After complaining this was fixed in next day. Not able use two toilets and room fresher is provided after next day, due to this need to spend smelly night in unit. 2.)Utensils which are available are not suitable to family with more than 3-persons. 3.) There is no cleaning of utensils by cleaning service. 4.)Need to change the towels every day, but for our stay they didn't changed.
Spacious, clean, great for business travellers ”
Very comfortable. Be sure to ask for wifi password. Approachable and friendly staf. Nearby to Bangsar LRT. If you get the chance, check out the sky bar and restaurant at Level 41 of the adjoining Alila Hotel next door. Take note that there is no room service for this apartment; be sure to bring your own toiletries and amenities.

mostly is great but the area is a bit off town
The checking in was a bit of a wait and confusing but other than that the stay was such a pleasant one. Everything was in order. The apartments were clean and the rooms were spacious. Excellent place to stay.
The apartment are clean and neat. Apartment view are great~Check in are fast. Staff are friendly. The place got swimming pool & gym, also a bridge link to Bangsar Station. The building have carpark but need to pay for RM5/hrs. As the apartment don't provide free parking. We have to park the car along the hotel road side, is safe. Apartment located at center of the city. To klcc, mid valley, jalan alor, the garden need about 10-15min drive.
It is fine for a short stay, location is quite a hazel. The place was okay but we were surprise by a cockroach at the living room and not to mention The toilet were quite smelly too. Hopefully the management can improve this...
We stayed there for 7 nights. Here is my feedback: Pros: 1. Strategic Location, walk-able distance to Bangsar LRT 2. Very near to Little India 3. Fast Internet 4. All furniture's are from IKEA, quite new 5. Filtered water 6. Secured Hotel Cons: 1. We stayed in studio loft, the bedroom is located in the first floor, the steps to go up is very narrow and if you are 6 feet tall or above, you will hit the ceiling. 2. No daily room service , which i thought is a biggest disadvantage (note: this is actually written in the conditions, but we overlooked) 3. There is only 1 aircond, the chillness does not reach the bedroom 4. You dont talk with the building management, instead there are agents how managed few units. We asked the agent to give us two access cards and he ended up giving it 4 days later. You need access cards to enter the building, tap in the lift. So if you are more than 1 in a unit and travel separately, make sure you ask for access cards ASAP.
Good Apartment, Poor Service”
1. Apartment is clean 2. Good size for 5 adults 2 toddlers 3. Good location, short driving distance to shopping mall nearby 3. Poor coordination from operator, I.e. a. Bathroom basin not working, informed operator but o reply at all, we end up brush teeth , wash face at kitchen sink b. upon check out, not answering call never inform properly how to return card c. supposed to validate card at concierge so we can pay lower parking fees , never inform and takes long time for checking, end up we pay RM 50 instead of RM 15 for first exit
spacious apartment. bigger than expected.location wise some may not like as there are no nearby convenience stores, but it is 1 stop away from kl sentral and easily accessible by grab. would definitely come back, maybe deposit can be lowered.
Booked a two room suites for two nights and it really felt that we were staying at home, modern, comfortable and clean. Wifi working well, they had great movies on tv. The kids loved the loft bed. Bill, the agent who handled our staycation was ever so friendly and accommodating. Kids pool / jacuzzi was great. The only downside was the parking in the building. It is costly. If u wanted free parking, u have to park outside the building. Otherwise everything else is perfect. Tip: do buy food and drinks before returning back as there’s no nearby restaurants around.
Bad experience in 2 nights”
I stayed in EST 2 nights. the first night was okay since i'm occupied with work assignment and workshop. the other day was awful as the staff & security not helping at all!! i found difficulties to open the door and seek for their. the staff just said 'i can't help, just tried to bend the card and try again', then she asked the security to accompany me and try to help me if possible, the security answer 'no, u call your operator'. i was like ^%&#(&*^##^%^#%&$! In summary, for sure i will not recommend this place to my friends. facilities all okay but the service was very very very bad.
No parking provided and did not stated on agoda site. Have to oay rm15 per entry. And we have to pay 3x coz we need yo go out..waisted. No iron. When asking say there is...when msg owner hardly reply. Lastly when checking out, he ask to leave the key and we cant excess parking without the key. With all luggage, we have to carry all the way down and asking fir help also another hard part..its ok then, no more..money is not an issue but service seriously not worth it. Sorry.
Lousy customer service”
During our checkout , we accidently left one of our belonging behind. When we realise this and tried calling the so called host whom simply brush our request away. He mentioned that the cleaner would have thrown it away. What kind of service is this?.?
I should asked for refund. I checked in late around 11pm and no one I can complain to. The bed linen weren't washed and still have the smells! Informed the person in charge Kelvin and did nothing except mentioning will inform the cleaner in future??? Whatever for????

Location is not too much place can go, only convenience stores can select, otherwise, better carry food before return to hotel. washstand is really small. not everyday have room make up, but 1 time in every 2 days, but staff miss make up my room till third day.

My party chose to stay here because, studio apartment! Bare in mind that this is also a residential building. So you won't get that holiday vibe bumping into people on their way to work in the morning. We also got a few looks when the kids in our group were a bit loud. We got the 2 bedroom suite which had just enough beds to fit us all but only a single bed was on the upper level so only one of us had the studio experience. We loved the kichenette. There's a microwave, water heater, toaster (bring bread for morning toasts! Or all day toasts), rice cooker, pans, porcelain dishes. But none of those instant coffee sachets like most local hotels so remember to BYO. The staff that handled our bookings were friendly enough, I hardly interacted with the building's staff at all. Just ask these guys anything, they will reply pretty quickly. Travel by train! Parking space is limited and I doubt they're legal or free.

Its just like air B&B.NO daily clean up.Parking difficulties and funny...they collect 50% of your dues and 50% paid by AGODA.....Have to check with AGODA BIlls later..If you use any cards... Even ..Debit Card..extra 3%...term cash ok....They are not located at KL SENTRAL...BUT NEARBY........DON'T LOOSE YOUR WISDOM......

This is the first time I was waiting for long time in lobby before I can enter the room. We should call manager first to come down and give me a key. That was difficult since I just have internet data, so can not call the manager. Can you imagine after manager come down, he just in phone long time, at that time I should go to toilet, and can wait any more. The place is nice, near LRT station, but far away from restaurant, mall etc.
