Klapstar Boutique Hotel

I liked the design of the place, the red frame open shower with mirrors in the room was unusual, but kinda funky. Comfortable bed and rather spacious for Singapore standards room. I stayed on the second floor and the street is just below, so early morning got a bit noisy. Smart little touches like curtains and light arrangements. Plenty of food places around on walking distance, MRT near by. Not much facilities at the places itself and no pool, but overall pleasant stay. Recommended

Stayed here for my anniversary and booked the famous room with that bathtub in the balcony. Really nice room, but the fourth tap was dripping and my bf didn’t dare to get up in the middle of the night to check it out so I got up three times just to make sure it wasn’t any ghosts playing tricks on us. Bf couldn’t sleep well, loud pounding sounds from upstairs and also the lorries at the construction site opposite the hotel. Pretty room but I won’t stay again

I was celebrating my boyfriend's birthdy and the front desk agents are so very helpful.... I did not get the names... the 1st agent i spoke to was a male officer at about 0630hrs when i was rushing for time and I want to deposit my items... He is so friendly and approachable... The other agent was a female officer who check me in and is very helpful when seeing my hands are full and assist me with my items... Overall, I am satisfied!!

Room is very spacious and comfy.. Best part of the stay is of course the outdoor jacuzzi, lucky it wasn't raining. There is indoor bathtub as well. Check-in was not on time, when I arrived the receptionist mentioned that the room was not ready as they were doing some maintenance job in the room. She did gave me options to check-in another room while waiting. Receptionist was so polite and nice. Location is great and quiet! Overall, it was a great staycation! The staff were friendly and helpful. Had no issues with the room e.g wifi, cleanliness were all fine. Minor issue with the lights on the balcony but didnt effect the overall experience of the stay. Would definitely return again.

Good experience with the outdoor jacuzzi. It was a rainy day though, hotel facilities should review their outdoor concept maybe put a simple platform for the roofing so that the rain wont come in. Price quite pricey with no breakfast etc. Location is near to tanjong pagar - near amara hotel. Quite a number of foodshops to explore.

Located near the Keppel area and also very near Tanjong Pagar Market plus all the goodie korean BBQ chicken restaurant. 100am shopping mall is nearby as well. The hotel is only suitable for couples though because the shower is open right in front of the bed, while toilet is right at the corner of the room. Great jaccuzi but the area outside feels a little filthy in my opinion but could be due to smokers leaving their cigg butt by the jaccuzi it has some marks here and there. Overall it was a great experience and staycation!

The tv channels were pathetic cause few of them wasnt clear and it only have few channels and the number for the channels isnt in sequence.The balcony lights wasnt working so we were given few candles.I think you can do better than this cause exclude these two factors everything will be a purfect Klapstar!

Stayed in the Oasia Room and requested for an early check-in. Spoke over the phone with Arce who informed that he will get the room prepared by 1pm for our check-in when actually check-in is at 3pm. Upon arrival, was greeted by the Front Desk officer namely Arce again m. His service was outstanding. Given Room 303 however upon check-in the lights in the room was faulty. Arce immediately changed our room to Room 302. Loved the room and the space they had in the balcony. We also requested for ice however the restaurant was closed because of CNY but again Arce assisted to get a bucket of ice for us. Overall, had a wonderful and memorable stay at the said hotel. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at other boutique hotels but at this pricing - $400+, feels that the condition of room could have been better. Read about other reviews and unfortunately, similarly, the curtain near to the bed cannot be fully drawn. Imagine the bright sunlight in the morning when this is supposed to be a staycation. The curtain near the Jacuzzi/entrance cannot be fully drawn too! And to our surprise, there's a lizard inside the toilet. Only complimentary was that checked in (at 2plus) and out (12 noon) was a breeze as we do not see other guests.

A convenient place to rilex, sleep and do all the things that you want to do. Love the room, ambience and the free coffee they provided. Staffs are friendly and I have to thank the receptionist for sharing all the eateries located around the area.

Staff isn't friendly.Upon arrival, there isnt any staff at the reception.She was smoking outside the hotel. We spent a long time trying to make the jacuzzi works.Called the only staff in the hotel but she told me I book a room with birth tub not a Jacuzzi.I login to Agoda to double confirm. But I booked the OASIS SUITE which come with a outdoor Jacuzzi. Told the staff to change us another room with workable Jacuzzi but there isnt any OASIS SUITE left. Thus, I proposed I'm gg check out now and I requested for a refund since we were not inform of the spoil Jacuzzi. She came to our within an hr to check the Jacuzzi and confirm the pump not working. Then upgraded us to Kalpson suite. It;s very tiring to repack our stuffs and move to the other room and unpack. Nevertheless my kids enjoy the time spend in the Jacuzzi that they do not want to leave. We check out early the next day as we have a lunch to attend. A hug pity that the changing of room delay our quality time in the hotel room.

Was a little disappointed with the room. The room looks big in the picture, shower area there’s no door, but there’s shutter curtain to draw down at the window area. Jacuzzi looks a little bit old but still functioning well. Will recommend for group stay or couple staycation. But I feel it doesn’t worth the price, perhaps the price can adjust to lower range.

The hotel location is very inconvenience as i need to link around other buildings/landmark to reach the hotel. Cleaniness of the outdoor jacuzzi is terrible there are leafs and dirt on it, as it seems that no one clean it after every stay or even maintains it. I suggest they put a rooftop to cover the jacuzzi to prevent dirt from leaving there and even there is privacy in the day as people from the offices and across building can see what you are doing. The window blinds are not working well. It stuck/ not even moving at night till the day I close curtains it works(not maintain or service well). The staff was okay only as there is only like 2 person at the counter. I think the price abit too high if lower to 300+ then it would be worth the money more.

Very average hotel

Loved the concept of Klapstar boutique hotel. Perfect for couples and the room is huge. Would come back again and again.

the reception lady was so kind and helpful , she really did her best to make my stay comfortable ,beautiful room , very large and great bathroom...highly recommended

Very spacious got an upgrade, great location no restaurants but can order food from FoodPanda :) Really nice room and loved the modern setting

pool in the room are surround by high building which able to view through, shell have shelter that allow to control for cover.
