1. Strictly NO PARTIES. 2. Do turn off the water heater switch after use. 3. Please switch off all the Air-Cons when you are not in the house/room or Not-In-Use. 4. We have heard a lot of cases which cell phone exploded during charging. So for your safety, please do not leave your cell phone charging overnight. 5. Please switch off all plugs, electronics device, cooking appliances before leaving the house or going to bed. 6. Please be informed that we currently do not have a concierge counter. You can contact us through Airbnb messenger. 7. Any incidents/problems that occurred after 7 PM are to be escalated on tomorrow morning. Unless it is an emergency, we will try to assist you. 8. Please keep the apartment clean at all times. Please be extra careful if white linen is installed inside your unit. 9. Heavy cooking is not allowed. Please be aware that the smoke detector is quite sensitive, do turn on the stove hood if you want to cook. 10.Please be considerate to the neighbors. Keep the noise at a minimum level when night time. 11. No shoes in the house. 12. No smoking inside the house. RM 500 will be charged for the removal of odors, debris and such. 13. For other facilities such as function/dining room and BBQ deck, please consult with the building management or tell us beforehand for booking and such. 14. An additional charge of RM 100 will be collected for the requested extra card. 15. For items that are left out by guests are to be informed to us within 24 hours. Items left must be collected within a week after 24 hours period, failing to comply will result in termination of the items.
