Nightmare”

Get to know the booking of the unit was cancelled during the checked in time. The owner gave an option to replace with the other unit which was far away from this unit. Due to a desperation, had to accept the offer. Wat a nightmare!

Not worth it ”

Total disappointment. No assistance from the host. Call also no one picks up. Lift always down and we were given the 23rd floor. Really not worth it, pls go to a hotel compared to this. I was with small kids and the pool can be used by kids below 12. Dont get tricked by the photos. Toilet has cockroach and the cabinets are falling apart. Parking need to pay on a daily basis. No early or late checkout. No place to sit down downstairs. Please don’t book. I have already reported to agoda. Listen to us pls, If we had not paid so much, we would have just checked out the next day. 😭😭

Kids pool under renovation. My kids dont have any chance to use the pool. and the roof pool not allowed kids to go in if theres adult to look after. And the host never inform about the kids swimming pool under renovation and the roof pool not allowed kids to go in. So its unfair for us. I booked this place because of the swimming pool view for my kids. So i wont come again and wont recommend. And also the staff and the security not cannot help to take picture for family photo. overall bad.

Very bad room”

Didn't ever stay like this room before..with no aircond.. Dirty.. Strong recommend not to stay here.. I stay for so many hostel didn't comment this is the first time..
