Nice resort in Sanur”
We love everything about the resort. Since we arrived, everything was great. From the pick up transport, the welcoming at the reception, our 2 nights stay, till we checked out. Loving the hospitality so much, you should she the smile of the woman in the reception, so sincere and heart warming. If you need anything, just text them and they will respond it immediately. They clean our room everyday, the brekfast are fantastic, should try their “nasi goreng”, so gooodd.. And also their signature burger “klumpu burger”, worth every cents. Since it only contain of 8 villa, you will have the privacy you need, the pool right in the center of the resort. And dont forget to go biking, they have a lot of bike in multiple sizes and all are in good shapes. Location is one of the best, nearby there are a lot of stores n restaurants. Surely will come back

Nice resort in Sanur”
We love everything about this resort. Love their hospitality.. From the pick up at the airport, the smile of the woman at the reception really sincere and heart warming..all are very helpfull, just give them a text and they will come right away bringing things that you need. They clean your room everyday. And since there are only 8 villas, you really feel the privacy. With the pool in the center of the property, you’ll have everyone entertained. They also have a lots of bikes of multiple sizes to cater everyone. And all are in good shapes and well maintain. The breakfast were great, should try their “nasi goreng”.. and we also try their signature burger “klumpu burger”, so delicious and so meaty😍, worth every cents. Surely will come back when the weather is better..

Exceptional”
Fantastic place to stay. Intimate oasis of tranquility to come back to and just 3 or 4 minutes cycle to the beach or less than 10 min walk. Great bikes free to use at the resort and very plentiful Staff were so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful food starting from breakfast onwards - we ate out several times but were always disappointed in comparison to the standard of food at the resort. Can’t recommend highly enough. Very comfortable beds only small gripe was that the pillows were a little lumpy.

I have been travelling for many years and I have to honestly say that The Klumpu Resort and Spa is simply 'Exceptional'!! The attention to detail on the location and staff attentiveness is at a level of excellence I truly have never experienced before! It literally the BEST BOUTIQUE hotel resort spa I have ever stayed in in Bali!! 5* treatment, food excellent and facilities amazing!! I will be back!

Klumpu Bali Resort is hidden paradise. I have been in many hotels/resorts, but this one beats all other bij there stunning service and hospitality. I will definitely book here again when visiting Sanur. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is perfect, the location is close to beach and restaurants (free bicycle available!), the pool is great (though the water is a little too warm maybe) and the free coffee/tea in the afternoon and breakfast are delicious. The atmosphere on this small resort is perfect: Balinese in every inch.

Simply the Best ”
I decided to stay in Klumpu based on the ratings and comments from other guests. My mother and sister joined me, and we stayed at one of the lofts. We were exceedingly happy with our entire experience there. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful. The garden, pool, everything were amazingly beautiful. Our villa was super comfortable too. I wish I could add more to others positive comments from previous guests. For us, this place is simply the best. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable experience!

Hidden gem that really worth of money that u spent”
My experience when i stayed in Klumpu is really above my expectation.. stay here for only 1 night and i regret it.. should stay for more nights.. really a hidden gem in sanur area, worth every penny that we spent.. really cheap for this kind of place to stay.. Literally the definition of small but beautifull. The staff is very kind and really helpfull, can rent bikes for free to explore sanur area, the room is very clean and pretty.. The room is quite spacious too.. I will come back again next time.. Thanks Klumpu for having us..

First class”
Made two overnight stops at Klumpu Bali either side of a weekend trip to Nusa Penida. The fact that we returned speaks volumes - this is a great little hotel and exceptional value for money. It’s almost too cheap! So many nice little touches. Positives: - immaculate grounds, pool area and rooms. Very well maintained - large, duplex room with lounge area - lovely welcome drink and snack - welcome message in the room - hot and cold drinking water from machine - afternoon tea - breakfast and other meals can be served on your terrace as well as in the restaurant - borrow a bicycle any time - kitchen area (small but fully equipped for simple cooking) - fully stocked mini bar - swimming pool literally on your doorstep - breakfast was excellent, as were the lunches we ate there - friendly, efficient staff - fairly good WiFi Negatives: - the only thing I could comment negatively about is the provision of toiletries. On both occasions, the shampoo dispenser didn’t work, and the dispensers were almost empty. Also, they are inconveniently located in the sink area rather than the shower area. There’s nowhere to put them near the shower and we accidentally broke one during our first stay. The Klumpu Bali is an incredibly well run hotel and they deserve all the praise they get. Highly recommended when visiting Sanur.

This place was just awesome. Only 8 villas. All the staff from reception, gardeners and room staff are just superb. The massuse is wonderful. The accommodation and food is really really good.Do yourself a favour and just book it.

This place is a bit hidden from the Bali crowded area, but if you are looking for tranquility, I recommend you visit here. One of the best for spending your time in quiet. Staff is amazingly helpful, polite, and qualified. Service is abundant, with welcome drink and coffee highlighted my day I was here.
