Would not stay again”

Management is inflexible and unsympathetic to overseas travelers who are not contactable 24 hours a day. My Personal information was shared with other guests and an extra bed was removed leaving my son without a bed for one night, with no remorse or apology whatsoever. No delivery service or taxi was aware of the location but once you are able to find it, the flat is clean and comfortable despite the management unacceptable treatment of its guests which overshadowed entirely my stay.
