Perfect hostel in Kaohsiung”

Knock knock hostel is well located 1 minute from the rapid transit station, and also about 10 minutes walk from Kaohsiung main station. Shoes are left in the cupboard by the door so the place is kept very clean. I was staying in a 6-bed dorm and each bed had privacy curtains, light, plug adaptor and individual lockers. The communal shower/toilets were just outside the room and in good working order. The free breakfast just consisted of bread/toast with a variety of spreads and coffee/tea so it was basic but sufficient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall this was an excellent hostel with no complaints, so I would stay here again.

The owner is really friendly and cheerful! The hostel is relatively cheap as well! Very well located, 3 minutes walk away from the metro station!

The owner of the hostel is really very friendly and cheerful, she'll always greet us with a smile! It makes us feel very welcome! The hostel is also located very near to the metro station, it's just a 3 minutes walk away from the station! However, the area has nothing much touristy about. To get to the night markets, you'll have to take trains from the metro station. Lastly, the hostel is very comfortable! The rooms are quite spacious, the bathrooms are pretty decent as well! There's also breakfast provided every morning! This is a really comfortable hostel that's value for money!

Close to subway, Individual capsule beds, large living area

Loved the capsule beds, perfect for a good night sleep. Some suggestions to the hostel staff: 1. dislike the memory pillows, please offer normal pillows (low, high) if possible 2. 4th floor shower room water flow is a bit low, and water feels a bit cool, please increase water flow if possible.

One of the Very Best”

The location is within walking distance to the train station. The staff are so friendly and go over and beyond to help. The ambience of the hostel is relaxing and amazing. I loved this hostel. One of the very best in Asia!

Clean and quiet stay”

Clean hostel with good antique furnishing style. I stayed in a 6 bed female room for one night. It was a comfortable stay and people are generally quiet without interfere each other's privacy.
