Reasonable rate hotel”
The hotel location is suitable for attending function arround mahkota cheras. The facilities are average, according to the rate. Anyhow the bathroom with transparent glass with curtain not fully floor to ceiling where our legs can be seen, is not conveniet.

Incorrect facilities”
Firstly the hotel does not have elevator nor restaurant as advertised. Secondly the hotel does not clean the room nor replenish drinking water. Thirdly the hotel switched off the light + air-condition at 12pm precisely and wanted to charge for late checkout. As being in the hospitality business, the hotel should be more customer centric, forward looking and ensure that there are return & repeated stay from customers. I will not stay at this hotel anymore given that just across the road there is better hotel with better bed & facilities. I should have extend my stay in "Orkid Inn Mahkota Cheras" instead of changing to this hotel!

Facility Issue”
A general staff dont have knowledge on Access key card. He was unable/fail to write the key to access key. Customer was keep going up and down 3times. Poor customer service. Dont Expecting too much as it is only budget hotel.

Very noisy, totally can't sleep at night. You can hear cleary which someone is playing their video, talking and walk around at midnight. Very bad experience
