This place needs maintenance. Good location, close to the shopping mall, swimming pool and gym on the 18th floor. Relatively safe security. However, the moment I saw the unit, I was disappointed.Old towels, smelly blankets that were not dry in the dryer.Dirty and disorganized kitchen utensils.It's too bad that the unit in this good location is not managed.

If you are looking for Non hotel style accommodation in kelang Jaya ( Paradign Mall Area), this apartment is a great choice on the location, cleanliness, space, and comes with what you need mostly for a comfortable stay ( hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, towels, washer and dryer, microwave, fridge ).

Basic housekeeping was not done. We had to do them upon check in however host did a refund for cleaning fees after negotiation.

Nice serviced apartment with modern amenities plus other facilities i.e swimming pool, gym etc..checking in/out was a breeze...Paradigm mall is modern with many shopping outlets and nice eateries.
